I got my hair cut in Alexandra's studio. She asked for a cascade. I explained everything, showed the photo how I want and showed the photo how I don't want. Alexandra listened attentively and did the opposite, because she has 15 years of experience and decides for herself how she cuts her hair. I had long hair with complicated coloring. She just stripped off all my facial hair by cutting off my coloring. I asked the face not to peel off, the photo showed how not to. But she wasn't interested. She spent the entire haircut staring at the TV and watching the show. When I got home, I was just crying. How could you ruin your hair like that? I do not recommend this wizard. He shouts about his experience. As a result, he does not hear the client, has zero empathy, and does not admit mistakes.
