The best ice cream in the city. Real taste of Italian ice cream. Cakes are excellent as well. Wafers unbelievable good. Once try - you'll never stop to come again. Chocolate fondue - that's something!

Приятное дорогое место. Цены как во Франции. Искусственно завышены. Хороший персонал. Вкусное мороженое, так себе вафли. Зато огромные чайники вкусного чая, молодцы не жалеют кипяток в отличии от других заведений. Кофе как и везде. На улице лучше не сидеть, глотать пыль от близлежащей трассы.

This is the third time in 10 days in this branch, and this is the worst service in the Giotto network. There are no questions about the kitchen, it is just as delicious as on C1 and on Amir Temura street. But, the waiters do not understand the menu, empty dishes, glasses and napkins are not removed from the table, even though they will pass a dozen times. They serve hot at first, and at the very end a salad, although you warn them. And for some reason, several interesting items from the C1 menu are not here.

Заскочили сюда мимоходом, чутка отдохнуть, да поесть мороженое. Взяли обычный белый шарик, шоколадный и фисташковый - ото всех были в восторге. Понравилось расположение кафе - у канала, где можно чуть освежиться в жару

Хорошее место. Персонал молодцы! Очень вкусно. Правда и очень уж сладко, но с другой стороны, а какими ещё должны быть сладкие вафли? ;) Вкусно, красиво, относительно доступно по деньгам. Кроме сладкого есть и обычное меню без особых разносолов, но зайти рекомендую.

The service is zero, you enter the establishment and see an empty Hostess counter, the waiters who pass by you for some reason do not want to greet you and escort you to the table, the first contact with the staff occurs when you turn to them yourself. The prices for food and the kitchen in general deserve special attention in my opinion, the prices do not correspond to reality, they are overstated + there is 20% for the service (terrible) the waiter can't even say what is included in a particular dish. I ordered Rigatoni pasta with sausages (somehow that's what it's called) what was my surprise that the dish was radically different from what I ate at the Taras Shevchenko branch, they swam in the sauce for a shorter time, the feeling was that I was eating soup, I don't know why tomatoes were added that did not go well with the dish ( but the sausages were very tasty, the French fries also did not disappoint, delicious. Combined pizza tastes fine, but not wow. Desserts: San Sebastian cheesecake and amoreno cherry pie are very tasty for this five out of five. For some reason, there are no strawberries twice, we come twice, there are no many items from the menu (in general, the concept of the institution and the positions in the menu indicate that the idea was good, but the implementation leaves much to be desired (

Вкусная еда, приятный интерьер, но страдает качество персонала.
Запомнить что принести сразу, а что в конце не всегда получается. Три раза из пяти посещений что-то да путали. При этом просьбу не приносить второй напиток так как первый ещё не принесли на словах удовлетворяют, а под конец говорят, что не возможно отменить и настаивают на оплате.
Прошу внимательнее отнестись к выбору персонала.
Ещё из небольших минусов, похоже, что апельсины для фреша не лежат в холодильнике и сок получается тёплый.

Утром Я Встретил Партнеров По Бизнесу И Мы Решили Позавтракать В Ресторане Giotto. Нас Очень Хорошо Встретили И Сам Вид Ресторана Очень Хороший. Мы Заказали Стандартный Завтрак И Нам Очень Быстро Приготовили. Завтрак Был Очень Вкусным Особенно Соус Понравился. Завтрак Удался И Был Бы Рад Снова Посетить Ваш Ресторан. Маленькое Замечание В Других Филиалах Вы Запрещаете Заказывать Десерт В Ресторане Говорите Если Только Заказывать Десерт То Только В Кафе Giotto, Это Не Правильно Мой Выбор Может Поменяться В Любую Секунду И В Любую Секунду Ко Мне Могут Придти Кучу Друзей И Заказать Очень Много Интересного.

Отличные десерты. В основном зале, где открытая кухня, пахнет едой, вытяжка не справляется. Поэтому, если не хотите пахнуть пирожками, лучше сесть на террасе. Также есть небольшая детская площадка в подвале, поэтому там бывает душно. Официанты бывают рассеянны, не очень хорошо знают меню и не отличают пенне от феттучини. Все вышеописанное не критично, поэтому будем ходить иногда пить кофе с вафелькой.

Хорошее итальянское заведение. Паста а моем личном топе #1. Приветливые официанты, высокое качество обслуживания.
Отдельного внимания заслуживают десерты, фисташковое пирожное отличное.
Хотел чизкейк три шоколада попробовать, но его не было.
Обязательно приду ещё раз. Спасибо большое хозяину и персоналу заведения. Труд оправдан. Буду приводить всех знакомых сюда.

Готовят не плохо, но есть недостатки. Персонала достаточно, но при некоторых вопросах официанты не знают ответа. Не совсем хорошо владеют меню, составами того или иного блюда.
Заказала пирожное фисташка. Пломбу сломала от кожуры что была внутри пирожного. Сказали сфоткают и отправят кому то, куда то. Ни извинений, ни компенсации в качестве минус цена пирожного из счета.
В общем, надо бы поработать над клиентоориентированностью, политикой ресторана, так как клиент всегда прав!

Кухня очень вкусная! Особенно когда хочется быстрый, вкусный и необычный ужинать!
Мне очень нравится медальон и салат Цезарь. И конечно мороженое на круглый год!!!!
