Good morning. Every day I visit this store in the morning. Either to buy coffee or a bun. And I constantly see a picture of sellers washing glasses with a product. Then, of course, the goods are displayed . It doesn't matter if the salesman is wearing gloves or not, the dirt gets on the clothes he works in. It's chemistry!!! Which then gets into the products, because they are not all in the package. This is a gross violation of the authorities. All this should be done by cleaners, but not by sellers. In normal stores, it's all done by cleaners. Or when they wash the refrigerator, and then go behind the counter and continue to work. Does such a large store really not have the money to hire a specialist to wash all the windows and refrigerators? The seller should not work with chemicals. After all, he works with products!!! What kind of bosses they have and their approach to work. That's just what they get paid for. I don't recommend buying groceries there. After all, they also force you to interrupt the expiration dates. Writing off is not for them. That's why there is a "black Friday" and people are being deceived. It's cheaper.

They specifically asked what the production time was, and they replied that it was today. At home, they warmed up in the microwave, took it out.....and words cannot convey what a sour smell went. They cut it open - there's a lot of mucus on the bones, and the smell has become even sharper. To say that it was insulting is to say nothing! Despite the fact that they specifically asked the seller in the department about the deadline ((. We immediately went to the store, approached the department of the same seller with complaints: how can this be?..why sell expired products? Her face was stony, it was a familiar thing for her! They said that as soon as they warmed up, the smell was unbearable, it was impossible to eat. To which the seller objected: "Why did you heat it?"🫣🫣🫣 Besides, she never even apologized during the arguments!!! While they were arguing, people started coming up. One woman also bought expired products, found them at home, but she was too lazy to bring them back. The girls immediately brought a sliced sausage next to the rack, which should be in a vacuum, but already with air and half filled. Security was called. The guard came, smiled and said that HE KNEW that the delay was being sold here! And people come almost every day with disputes and refunds about this. Everyone knows everything, it turns out, but they continue to sell and poison people!!! We always used to come here, but now we don't! This is a NIGHTMARE, not a store! Avoid this! On the same day, I baked it in the evening. At the moment of baking, I thought the smell was strange, but I decided it was just my imagination :))) but no. It tastes like carp. Smelly carp. I do not know where they got this fish, and in what conditions it was stored, but it definitely does not taste like trout. I went to the store today with this question, they refused to solve my problem. I left a complaint, I hope for some kind of solution. I've never eaten such a terrible "trout" in my life

There are constantly long queues at the checkout, the quality of products is not always the best, including expiration dates, and the price is not very high, but for some reason, the receipt is always very expensive compared to other markets. To be honest, I didn't even understand when I stopped liking hippo, although maybe I think it was when they were trying to come up with another marketing move, if you can call it that, I would say a fool, that would be the right definition. On the price tags. They began to write the price in small print, and the discount in large numbers, and when you buy, but your eyesight is not so good, especially with such a store light, this discount catches your eye, then at the checkout, very often there was confusion. I would have thought that this was only possible, I am a fan of freebies and I look at what is cheaper, but not until you wait your turn, I often heard indignant statements about this. Now it seems to have been removed, but the sediment seems to have remained.

A week ago, on Thursday, in my opinion, there was a malfunction with bank cards. The store administration reported this, but the people could not understand whether they could be used in self-service or not.. the work with customers in such situations has not been finalized.
In the evening, after 6 o'clock, 2 cash desks worked in total, people swore and demanded an administrator.. I was shocked. I will hope for the best, because the store is not bad.

They change the production dates. So, I watched the sandwiches ready, they were made in the morning. A few minutes later, I noticed how the employee took all the sandwiches out of the refrigerator. And after a while, they reappeared in the refrigerator, in the same amount, in the same place. Only here's the catch, it was already evening and the date of manufacture turned out to be at that moment, like 15 minutes ago. In short, they interrupt deadlines blindly. It is also ironic that when I made a comment on this at the information center, the next few days they began to glue labels with the deadline half-peeled off.
