Ну это скорей всего пародия на авиа и железнодорожные кассы. Маленький офис с двумя менеджерами-кассирами. Купленный ранее билет там невозможно будет сдать или обменять. Культурно пошлют на ж.д вокзал....Видимо поэтому там и нет наплыва посетителей. Только мухи летают
