I didn't see any advantages in this hotel at all. Cons (objective assessment): The room is dirty; The bedspread and decorative pillows are dirty, it feels like they've never been washed.; The bedside lamp was not working Towels were rarely changed; Bed linen with stains; They only gave me a bottle of water when I checked in, and then I had to provide myself with water on my own.; During the stay, during the cleaning, the maid took a foot towel from the room, but did not leave a clean one. I went to the reception and asked them to bring toilet paper and a towel for my feet to the room. The administrator promised to provide everything in 5 minutes. As a result, we were able to receive all this only the next day after contacting the reception again with complaints. The hotel was chosen taking into account the fact that it has a spa and a swimming pool. As a result, only one of the entire spa complex (3 baths) was working, and that one was not warming up. The temperature in this bathhouse did not exceed 51 degrees. The hours for free access to the sauna are from 12 to 16 o'clock (i.e. at a time when all guests are on excursions). A visit to the sauna after 16:00 is only for a fee. The window in the triple room on the 4th floor rests against the wall of the neighboring building at arm's length. They asked to move to another room, they said that all triple rooms have this view. The description of the hotel stated the presence of a terrace. In fact, it doesn't exist. The Wi-Fi is disgusting. More or less, he worked only in the lobby and in the dining room. The Wi-Fi was not working on the 4th floor. The hotel is listed as a 4-star. In fact, it doesn't even get 2 stars.
