I bought a tracksuit at a personal discount, but I tried it on at home, it turned out to be too big. 04.04.26 it turned out to be problematic to return the goods: at 11.30 the store was closed (opening hours 11-19h), I arrived at 18.40, the owner of the Gloss store Irina was in the store, who spoke sharply, unhappy that the goods were returned (with a receipt, with tags, 7 days after purchase). Irina ignored my explanations that the product did not fit the size, and the 7% discount was presented on my registered phone, outraged that she would have sold this product without a discount if I had not provided a discount card, speaking impolitely about my sales staff. It's unclear why I needed to say all this, especially in a negative format. In general, she returned it to me with a big favor.🙈I still didn't understand what she wanted to prove to me with her behavior, although they spoiled my mood after leaving the store. The store is small, but sometimes you can buy an interesting model at the best price, the sellers are also tactful sweet girls. But the owner, Irina, believes that customers are obliged to obey her, behaved unprofessionally, talking in raised tones, expressing their opinions to me that I was not interested in at all, and if I looked into this store, it would only be without her presence.
