At the same time, if an adult comes next, the same actions of the child suddenly become permissible. Such selective "regulation" is not a concern for the product, but an inability to work with customers and a banal lack of pedagogical tact. Sellers seem to have forgotten that their task is to help with the selection.Management should seriously engage in staff training: either teach employees to communicate with children in a human way, or do not be surprised that customers leave empty-handed and negative.
