Staff are great. Nice view over the park on one side. Self cook Shashlik facilities for summer. Nice sitting on the balconies in the summer. Some room windows are a bit drafty in the winter but the staff were welcoming to assist moving to a better room. Breakfast is included and is adequate. Nice coffee. Fair selection of food but gets boring after a few weeks. Room prices are reasonable. We always return.

A huge standard room! Clean, cozy, good breakfasts. The bathroom is all on the same level. The only small disadvantage is the light switches in the room. Suboptimal location. But, after a day, it stopped bothering me. I recommend it! Compared to the pretentious Irtysh, it's definitely better!
