Given the location right at the train station and the huge number of various businesses and shops near the entrance to the building, and in the building itself, too, it is quite difficult to find the entrance the first time. In addition, there is no parking at the hotels as such, there is only a station square, but there are no places there all year round, or rather it is a big problem to find them.
Otherwise, there are no complaints about the rooms and prices, everything is at the proper level.

I liked. The location is the very center. Parking in the courtyard is available for guests. The hotel itself is clean, they took two-room rooms. They're big, but it's a little cold without drinking in May. But this is not for the hotel. The rooms also have everything. Two double beds, a good shower. There is also hot water :) The bed is comfortable, the bedding is decent, the towels are nice. The staff is lovely. We recommended not only a cafe-dining room around the corner before breakfast, but also a restaurant for dinner. And even for such a price, I recommend it

The service is certainly so-so, leaves much to be desired!I booked two double rooms, one for myself and my daughter, the second for my parents.In the second room, they could not understand why it was cool, only in the morning they saw that the glass in the window was cracked.A hair dryer, a pen, a bathrobe and all the other little things that should be in the room - they are not there.To heat up some food, you need to go down to the 4th floor, they only have a microwave there, which is very inconvenient.What is most interesting is that slippers are not provided in the rooms (I bought them at the reception, 5 rubles a pair)when asked why they are not included in the room package, the answer was that there are no stars in our hotel!Okay, I would have closed my eyes to everything if it weren't for the paid sneakers!In general, they take a lot of money, but in the end the room is empty!A huge plus is the location of the hotel itself, the city center, near the railway station and all the organizations that were needed are within walking distance!
