Cheap place and a lot of not bad items here. But very rude service. One of their worker refused talk to me because I'm Russian. They forgot about my order several times, and I had to call repeatedly just to get it delivered. It's a huge problem when your renovation work is already in progress and you're forced to wait for your order simply because the store kept forgetting about it. Also, the waiting time at their warehouse was the longest I've ever experienced — over 30 minutes. I had to stand outside for more than 30 minutes just to pick up my already paid-for sinks. Very rude service. My order was forgotten several times and I had to call myself to get delivery. This is a big problem when the repair work is already underway and you are waiting for the order only because the store has forgotten to send it several times. Also, the waiting time in their warehouse was the longest I have ever met — more than 30 minutes. I had to wait 30+ minutes on the street to pick up the already paid sinks.

It's a good store. A wide range of products. There are often significant discounts.The location near Didube metro station is quite convenient. But... The cashiers (at the second exit, not at the central one) are rude to customers. Moreover... Today, 07/21/2025 I saw an ugly scene. The cashier refused to punch the Azerbaijani woman's goods because she started talking to her in Russian. I took her for a Russian. Then when the girl started to get indignant in Azerbaijani, she decided that they were Turks (the girl was with a man) and still I didn't serve them. And the other cashiers supported her! I saw and heard everything, as I was standing nearby, in line at the next ticket counter. As a result, I had to get involved in the situation. The administrator was called, and she opened another cash register for these people and punched the goods. Shouldn't this female cashier be fined for such behavior?! If she divides people based on nationality, does she belong in the store?! The management must figure it out.
