The seller packed the bouquet in shipping paper, after which I went home (the journey from the store to the house took 8 minutes) and did everything as I was advised. About an hour after I put the flowers in the water, the buds of the two roses dropped a little. At that moment, I didn't pay attention to it, deciding that the flowers would be saturated with water and take on a natural position. On 06/25/2026 at 7:18, I took photos and videos. At lunchtime the same day, I came to the store, explained the situation, but the seller was outraged and offered to leave a review in the book of comments and suggestions. I don't recommend buying flowers there! If you encounter a similar situation, please leave a review and write a complaint!
