The territory is clean, well-groomed, the rooms have a shower, toilet, air conditioning, and a balcony! New Athos is a 20-minute walk away, the beaches are sparsely populated, the water is clear (unless, of course, it's stormy) The hosts are hospitable and kind- we love you- Arkady and Marina! In general, if you want to relax in silence, then you are here, and if you want to spend an evening in a seaside town, then you can go or go - (a private trader will take you for cheap or a minibus) to New Athos. There's a lot to see.In general, I wish everyone to find their favorite vacation spot. We already have it.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are quite modest by the standards of Sochi, but they have everything you need, there is no TV, and thank God, the brain is resting from the abundance of not always good news. The hosts are wonderful, friendly people, they help with transfers and excursions every year, and recently they have also opened a dining room, so you can eat at their place, you can cook by the sea in the dining room, or you can cook by yourself, which is also all there. If you want to relax not only your body, but also to reboot your head, I highly recommend the Roberto Guest House.

I booked through Othello. Nowhere are the cheapest rooms where the toilet and shower on the floor are not laid out for booking. This is not New Athos, but the suburb of Primorskoye, and it is two km to plow, minibuses stop reluctantly. The roads are broken, it's hard to go to the beach, it's only for people with their own cars. There are three dining rooms nearby, one from the hotel. But everyone eats in two kitchens. Two houses, and 1 hair dryer on them, write a kettle, but there are no kettles even on the common verandas on the floor. The rooms are not bad, air conditioning, nets. But there are no tables or chairs. The sea is 300-350 meters away. There are small shops. You do not need to present your passport. From the window there was a view of the courtyard and a little bit of the sea, and from the veranda and kitchen there was a beautiful view of the Anokopy fortress. Cows walk nearby)). They won't help you with a taxi, don't believe me.
