An atmospheric place with a cool view of the city. Nice staff who goes to the meeting. After the observation deck, we went in for coffee, but all the tables were booked, the waiter girl went to the meeting because we didn't stay long, checked the booking time and found a table by the window.

Very tasty and satisfying.Beautiful view ,decent prices (not too expensive) ,delicious desserts and friendly staff. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated ,there are hydrangea flowers (blue ,pink , white) everywhere.

The food is about like in a cafe near the train station. The coffee doesn't taste good. The wait is long, considering the half-empty hall. There is no choice. Pros: view, warmth, books on the windowsills. Cons: the food, comfort, and menu choices are all mediocre.
