The perfect location, almost everything is within walking distance, there are many restaurants and shops nearby. Take a taxi too fast from here. Cosmonauts metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The area itself is very cozy, 1-2-3 storey building in the very center. Very quiet. Regarding the hotel itself, it's a good three. The hotel is very clean, not a speck of dust! The rooms are spacious. The interiors are decorated with interesting paintings on a local theme. The staff is friendly and helpful. Of the minuses: there is no spoon for shoes, cold dishes prevail at breakfast (although you can warm them up), to clean the room, change towels - you need to ask at the reception (although it seemed to me on the contrary a plus), the water in the shower goes badly.

Not a bad hotel. Spacious room, clean linen and good beds. On request, they will provide soap accessories and change towels. There is always bottled water. It is located in a quiet location. You can definitely get enough sleep here. Good Internet, friendly staff. It will help and tell you if you need something. Nearby there are places where you can eat delicious food and drink fresh fruit. A point of contact if you need a SIM card.
Of the cons, it's probably a little far from the center (a little more than 20 minutes on foot), 10 minutes to the metro.

I'll start with a minus, but this is a minus of most local hotels, there are practically no refrigerators in the rooms. In our time and in your climate, let it be the smallest and cheapest, but it should be. Otherwise, in terms of price and quality, the hotel is excellent. The staff are well done, responsive, they will tell you everything, help you. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is good, there are no problems with water. The location turned out to be ideal for me, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, 20-30 minutes walk to the center.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. And I travel quite often. We arrived at it in the evening with the children, they said the room was ready. In fact, the floor is dirty, covered in hair. The walls are stained, the bed linen is stained, with hair. It's just disgusting to be in the room. But since it was already late, the children went to bed. We cleaned the beds as best we could. They sent cleaners who came to clean the room at 12 o'clock at night with dirty rags and dirty brooms. We booked for 2 days, but ran away from it in the morning. Tomorrow is so-so. NOT TO THIS HOTEL EVER.

Хороший отель. Тихая улица. Большие номера. Отличный санузел, шампунь.... Матрасы в Узбекистане везде жёсткие, но спать, как не странно, мне было удобно. В коридорах интересные картины Дилором Мамедовой
Останавливались 2 раза, последний раз бельё показалось не свежим (но это возможно ошибочно) на ресепшн приятные молодые ребята.
Просила 2 номера рядом но 2 раза отказали. Оплата наличными долларами, карта Юнионпей не сработала. Если не нужна регистрации, можно не платить тур. сбор 3 доллара сутки/человек.
Отличный классически шведский стол. Завтрак проходит в цокольном этаже, там-же можно прийти помыть и съесть свои фрукты.
Если много вещей, то имейте в виду, что лифта на 3 этаж нет.
Недалеко на этой же улице рекомендую питаться в кафе Инжир.
Есть какая-то заморочки с адресом отеля на Яндекс картах. Вызывая такси внимательно проверяйте точку на карте. Адрес брони и отметка отеля на картах не совпадают.

The hotel, although rather a guest House is not bad. Special thanks for the heating-in winter they heat conscientiously and free bottled water. The room has slippers, gel sets and dental cleaning supplies. There is also a refrigerator and everything to drink tea.
The room is large, but the TV is only in Uzbek, you won't look much, the bathroom smells very strongly of sewage, by the way, many tourists pay attention to this in reviews. The breakfasts are not bad, but the dishes are not delivered and the dishes have time to cool down by 9-10 o'clock, cold food is tasteless at all. This is a minus.

The hotel is not bad in a quiet location, 15 minutes to the metro. Breakfasts are more or less, there were not enough vegetables, instant coffee. But the worst thing is the lack of hot water, we lived for 8 days in this hotel and there was no real water all the time, for me this is a big minus. The photo is an advertisement for a hotel with a swimming pool, but in fact it is not there, they say that these are old photos and there was no pool))) Free, good wi-fi. We had a room on the 3rd floor, there was no refrigerator, there is a shared refrigerator on the 1st floor, and food was stored there)

Купите новый утюг для Гостей!!!!! Ваш замызганный - негативно влияет на ощущение Отличного отеля!

Очень чистый и уютный отель с отличным сервисом. Вкусные завтраки (шведский стол), до центра 5-7 мин медленным шагом))) В номере всегда есть вода (можно взять на ресепшн, если закончилась или не принесли, когда убирали). Полотенца, мыло, шампунь и фен - есть. Комната просторная, светлая (классический европейский номер). На ресепшен - очень приятные сотрудники, которые помогают решить любой вопрос! Очень рекомендую!!

Гостиница состоит из нескольких объединённых зданий. Есть разные номера: компактные, просторные и двухкомнатные. В номерах добротная мебель, удобные кровати, подушки и тёплые одеялки. Центральное отопление работало отменно, но в этом был и минус - в номерах было очень жарко и сухо.
У гостиницы хорошее расположение, до центра можно добраться пешком минут за 30. Близко к отелю есть продуктовые магазины и объекты общепита, в пешей доступности продуктовый рынок.
Завтраки на мой вкус были вкусные, некий микс европейских завтраков и местной кухни.
Большое спасибо хочу сказать администраторам гостиницы за внимательное отношение к гостям и улыбчивость!!!
Поставила 4 за организацию завтраков в период средней нагрузки и неидеальные полотенца ( качество отменное, а вот чистота оставляет желать лучшего). Уважаемые владельцы поработайте с этим вопросом и впечатление от вашего труда будет ещё лучше).

Very, very average. Checking in at six in the evening, we found that there were no clean towels and blankets with duvet covers in the room. Since there were plans to take a walk, they didn't swear much, as they promised to fix everything. But at 9 pm there was nothing. Then for an hour and a half I just knocked out these blankets and towels. Amazing relaxation and frivolous attitude towards guests. I don't recommend it.

Хороший чистый отель, много пространства, интересный дизайн, но маловато мебели для привычного набора (нет, стульев, вешалок в шкафу и тп). Все компенсируется тем, что персонал доброжелателен, готов идти на встречу, подсказать и помочь

Для Ташкента - отличный отель в тихом месте. За 10-15 минут можно дойти до остановки/метро/супермаркета. Минут за 20 - до центральной части города, где начинаются парки. Дружелюбный, отзывчивый персонал. Утром хороший завтрак. Полотенца постиранные, но изношенные, остаются некоторые пятна. Есть кондиционер.

Бронировали заранее номер люкс , за несколько часов до прилета нам написала администратор что не смогут нам номер предоставить (причину назвали не исправность электро проводки) после долгой переписки выяснили что могут на 1 день предоставить стандарт, на следующий день переселят в люкс . так и вышло,но осадок остался. за 4 дня ни разу не было не то чтобы уборки -мусор мы сами выносили и туалетную бумагу с водой приходилось просить на ресепшене . Много путешествую и для отеля это странно. Завтрак вкусный .

Отель с виду не плохой, номера большие, но бестолковые, плюс отлично бежит вода, но постели грязные, приехав ночью и еще ждать когда поменяют это было противно, завтракать даже желания уже не было, но все же спустились, и конечно завтрак очень скудный сплошные сладости, даже кофе нет и все холодное . Белье вообще не гладят и оно серое ужасно! А еще нет лифта и вещи вы тащите сами
