I'll start with ➕: the location is excellent, the sea is across the street (although the road is currently being repaired), the center of the Jomtien district, you'll go to the mill in about 15 minutes to the right-the most popular night food market in the area, you'll go to the left in about 7 minutes to another food market. Also next to the hotel there is an exchange, 7/11 and a couple of shops with grandmothers who cook sooo delicious tom yam and fried rice, had lunch with one or the other (I'll arrange a photo) The hotel charges a deposit of 1000 baht, check-in is quick, the breakfasts are hearty, there are both European and Thai dishes. There are 3 swimming pools on the territory, the smallest, but panoramic at sunsets is located on the 4th floor of the main building. Cleaning every day, 2 Russian channels (buttons 47 and 49)), wi fi works perfectly throughout the territory. Now about ➖: the furniture in the room is certainly a bit old, but it's not as important as the SHOWER! I'm sorry, but how to wash your folds with sand after the beach , if the shower is nailed to the wall and not movable, it was very difficult for me to wash my head and wash myself properly.Further, the throne itself was constantly leaking , and it smelled like you were in a public toilet (our number was 915). On the very first day of check-in, we were greeted by our friend Lucien (yes, we named the gecko🙃T.K. she lived with us for half a vacation), one night she made us feel hot, found a rubber band and let's rub it, the sound was terrible, they barely calmed her down), aah, there are a lot of ants, don't store food in the room, they dropped fruit juice on the table so they ran away in a million troops) well, the cherry on the table The reason we won 't be coming back here is the lack of sleep ! Our room overlooked the pool, there is a bar next to the street (it glows purple), so the music in this bar rumbles until 2 a.m., every day, then from 6 a.m. and sometimes from 4 a.m. monks start singing into the microphone (the temple is also right behind the hotel), I attach the video with the sound of beautiful singing In general, we did not manage to sleep during the 2 weeks of vacation, the balcony doors do not save at all. So if you have the opportunity, ask for a room on the other side, not on the pool, or book right away in a small building, it is located a little deeper, or hang out every night in this bar (as we did 1 time) until closing and then, coming to the room, you will sleep in silence) Thank you to everyone who mastered my cry of the soul to the end. In fact, we are not pretentious tourists, we have lived twice in the ambassador and in the ying wing building (who knows, he will understand), you can ignore a lot of things, but sleep should be sound so that in the morning we can enjoy the sun, the sea, delicious food, lovely Thais, in general, why are we all going to our beloved Thailand?

A wonderful hotel for a threesome! We had a rest from 08.10 to 24.10. In this hotel for the second time. All the reviews are true. The noise from the bar didn't bother me. Monks only sing on weekends, and not at all. Three pools, plenty of room for everyone. The breakfasts are great, we also had dinner sometimes, it was also delicious. I like the location of this hotel. There's a laundry room in the alley to the right of the hotel, where we did our laundry. There is an exchanger there to change 10 baht each. The cost of a sachet of liquid detergent is 10 baht, the washing itself in warm water is 50 baht, it takes half an hour to wash (at that time we went to 7/11 to drink coffee, have a snack). The load of cars is large. You can dry it, but we dried it on the balcony. There is no dryer on the balcony, the rope was stretched.

It's a great hotel, I just "came in". Good room condition,varied breakfasts,convenient location. The guests at the hotel are mostly Russians. There were some minor problems with the elevators (I don't know if this is a permanent problem). The Usa maid is very pleasant and friendly, I will definitely return to the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel from 2.04.25 to 12.04.25 In Pattaya for the first time. I liked the hotel, we had a superior room in the main building. The room is spacious, the balcony is small, there is no dryer, we took a rope and clothespins with us.The bathroom has a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, shower gel (and for some reason one shower cap), there are no toothbrushes and paste, (take with you) but there is a bathtub, not just the shower room. There is no safe in the room, only at the reception, and there are no slippers yet (if you fly with Aeroflot, they give you gift sets with slippers). They take a deposit of 1000 baht upon arrival (they don't take💲 dollars) 2 (0.6 ml) bottles of water are brought to the room every day, cleaning every day. Beach towels are changed only at the time of room cleaning (i.e. seize the moment, you won't change them in the evening). There was a kettle and two glasses, tea, coffee, and sugar from the dishes. Breakfast from 6 to 10 is a buffet, varied, for every taste. There are 2 swimming pools and one on the 4th floor. We mostly swam in the sea, there are paid sun beds on the beach (200 baht for 2 sun beds and an umbrella) The beach is sandy. The sea is warm, even too warm after lunch. The water in the sea is certainly not as beautiful and transparent as in Phuket, but there were no such strong waves. At high tide, all sorts of garbage floated in the sea. (bags, plastic bottles, etc.) The water in the pool is even cooler than in the sea, there is a paid bar, sun beds are free. Two massage parlors on both sides of the pool, for massage lovers. I don't like massage. There is an exchange office next to the hotel, with a good exchange rate (a passport is required for exchange). A 7-eleven mini market is across the street from the hotel. We went to the Crocodile for lunch, and bought dinner at the Melnitsa night market (if facing the sea, then to the right of the hotel), 7-10 minutes walk, there is also a night market to the left, but it is smaller and there is not as much choice. The night market is open every day from 17-23. Fruit trucks drive along the coast every day, you can profitably buy fruits from them, for example, 4 kg of mango - 100 baht. I stayed at this hotel from 03/15-26.05, I really liked the hotel, the location is excellent, the view from the balcony to the sea. The hotel has an amazing location. 7/11 on the corner, a point with fruits 30 meters away, the beach across the street, two night markets in different directions within walking distance (3 minutes to one, 7 to the other). The beautiful pool is very clean, cozy, surrounded by shade, surrounded by blooming plumeria. Comfortable clean beds, excellent air conditioning. A normal average breakfast is like everywhere else. I liked the hotel, the first line. The hotel is located between two markets on the right. The market opens from 6 p.m., where you can buy various ready meals. There is a tent with Russian cuisine, very tasty and the prices are reasonable, there is always a queue.They also bought fruits at home there. Prices are cheaper than with cars. There is a small ready-to-eat market on the left. To the right of the hotel, walk 70 meters and turn left, there is a Crocodile cafe with Russian cuisine, the food is delicious, and the evening check for two is 1400 rubles. Excursions were not taken from Maxim , which is located 30 meters to the left of the hotel.There were 6 of us, we took four different excursions, and the fifth "Military Beach" Trip was a gift. They only paid for the entrance. The food is monotonous (pasta, rice, undercooked vegetables, two types of sausages and chicken), there is practically nothing for tea. Nevertheless, they did not leave breakfast hungry. The rooms are old, there is practically no cleaning. Towels are changed every day, bed linen was changed on the 10th day. I have been vacationing at the Grand Jomtien Palas Hotel for the second year.In 2023, I rested in May.In 2024, from July 29 to August 12.I like the location of the hotel-the sea is across the street, a good pool, excellent food and daily cleaning.We lived on the 5th floor in room 511-we had a very friendly maid who did high-quality cleaning.What I don't really like about this hotel,i.e. the cons are there are no shelves in the shower-to wash, you need to lower the toilet lid, put soap accessories there and it's not very convenient,water spreads all over the floor.Secondly, there is no shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and brush, for such a hotel-this is a fat minus.This year there were so many different delegations from the local population -if you come to the dining room, it's worth a shout, but you want to eat in a calm atmosphere.But the most important disadvantage is the cafe working until morning nearby.The music was so loud, it was impossible to sleep.We went to complain to the reception-it was useless.Although I read that the police should fine such establishments if they violate public order after 12 at night.But apparently this cafe is friendly with the police.These were the disadvantages for us.Maybe if you take the room on the other side, it will be quieter, I don't know.But, in general, I would recommend the hotel before the rest.

I am writing after the trip, in November 2024. Perhaps the information will be useful to other tourists. We had a good rest, mostly. The Grand Jomtien Palace Hotel***. The hotel matches its stars. Rooms are cleaned every day, the bed is partially changed, towels are changed every day. There is shower gel, shampoo, soap, t/paper, shower caps, and cotton swabs :). The location is good, near the sea, 7/11, yellow exchanger (TT), markets, a good pharmacy, an excellent cafe "Crocodile" with a Russian menu, they cook and serve perfectly. The breakfasts are basically the same, but, as many write, you will not go hungry. There is a safe at the reception. Three pools. Very nice with beautiful vegetation - the main one at the hotel. The sun beds are free by 12-13 o'clock. The staff responds very quickly to requests, there are staff at the reception with mobile translators. Jomtien Street is being repaired, so tuk-tuks and taxis go only one way, which is very inconvenient. I had to go to the Second Jomtien to go to the center or to the pier. The Bolt application helped out to call a taxi, which arrived instantly. Disadvantages of the trip. We flew with Azurair. The flight is delayed there for 12 hours (!), from there for 4 hours with waiting for the bus at the reception, already outside the room, because it is necessary to check out before 12 o'clock. The sea and the beach at the hotel are dirty - that's not the word, terribly dirty! For this 4*. Well, the room with the third "cot" is 20 cm shorter than a normal bed, which is what I was afraid of. When 3 people with a height of 170,180,184 are traveling, this is critical! Our guide promised to help us with this problem on the first day, on the second day, on the third day we solved this issue ourselves. In general, it is not clear why guides are needed now, only to sell excursions... We still remember our guide, Taika Meow, on his first trip to Tai in 2005.

I chose the hotel based on reviews. In general, I agree with many opinions. A decent buffet. Fish, meat, soups, 3 types of eggs, several types of fruits always. Very decent coffee. We had a rest in November 2024. Very decent hotel, excellent location, close to all infrastructure. Everything is great for 3 stars!!!! The breakfasts were varied, and we weren't hungry. We cleaned every day, towels were changed every day. I recommend.

A disgusting hotel, the rooms smell damp, the smoke detector falls off, the staff can afford to rummage in the bags of visitors without permission, I don't say anything about the promised gym, everything falls apart. To put it mildly, the hotel is already falling into disrepair and it is simply impossible to live here. There are ants crawling in the rooms and in the dining room, which climb into plates and suitcases. When booking the hotel, it was said about the kettle and tea accessories, upon arrival it turned out that they are issued for a fee, 270 baht each day. As a result, I can say that the hotel saves on everything and it is better to choose another one than this one. We booked a hotel specifically near the sea, when we came to the beach we saw pipes from which the sewer was drained directly into the water, the water got an unpleasant smell and we had to drive all over the city in search of normal, clean water and the beach
