A very good place to stay inside the city. Beautiful swimming pool, excellent spa and massage area. The service in the restaurant is at the highest level. I was there not as a guest, but as a participant in an international event, so I visited the restaurant and the conference hall. The food is delicious, European cuisine. The guys in the conference room are very polite and always ready to help. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, from there you can reach anywhere, including places of recreation and entertainment.

It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. Near the Assumption Cathedral. The parking is spacious. Centre.
Breakfast on a solid "4". Reception service is also "4". The pool is clean and the water is excellent. The gym is sparsely equipped.
Apart from a few negative points (I lived in a room with a non-working TV, air conditioning and a view of the backyard, instead of the promised view of the Cathedral. By the way, the room was changed on the last day), I recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel in the city center.Everything is nearby within walking distance of shops, cafes, pharmacies.Although not renovated, but clean..cleaning and linen change every day.A variety of delicious breakfasts.2 pools in the indoor pool, the water is warmer.At the reception, the administrators are all polite and solved all our wishes. A nice hotel with a swimming pool which is very conveniently located.I liked everything very much, but it's a pity that they don't invest in repairs at all.We lived on the fourth floor , the room was very spacious , we cleaned every day , we put an extra bottle of water , it seemed like a trifle , but it was nice . The breakfast is good and varied.
Special thanks to the staff , it is clear that they are trying , but one effort is not enough , apparently the owners do not want to invest money in the hotel at all .

The former Russia hotel, I warn you right away, those who are taller than 190 will be uncomfortable. I have 192, I was ducking all the time. The room was a junior suite, 2 rooms, in general a solid four. I was a little taken aback by the fact that you can smoke in the room, there is an ashtray. There is a fairly large pool, but I did not get into it since I was at the end of April and it was lowered. Not far from the airport (15 minutes and you are on the spot), km from the market (for lovers of spices, nuts and fruits). What is not unimportant, there is an ATM with a change. I was changing dollars. Life hack: if there are old, torn or killed dollars, in a word, you can safely change, the rate is slightly lower, but it's worth it. Food: in general, a solid three, an ordinary buffet, in which something was missing. Staff: there are no questions about the staff, polite and pleasant guys, the room I ordered was not there, raised the level, for which respect. I ordered through Russian booking services. The fee for the tourist fee and registration was included in the room rate, a trifle, but nice. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants and shops nearby, the metro is also nearby, I even took a ride to the tower so as not to stand in traffic jams by taxi for a symbolic 2000 sums (15 rubles). The hotel has a car rental and a souvenir shop.

The disadvantages are in the rooms on the left side of the building. Right under the windows, a huge split system, along with the incessant traffic at the intersection even at night, prevents you from sleeping.
Therefore, it is better to choose rooms facing the courtyard. There you will see a swimming pool and a park, as well as Tashkent City in the distance.

Неплохой отель, приятный персонал, хорошее место положение, рядом развитая торговая и пищевая инфраструктура. Останавливался в нем примерно год назад) в этот приезд попробовал спа-центр отеля и был приятно удивлен отличным паром в сауне и очень хорошим хамамом, правда хлорки в бассейне столько что можно задохнутся( еще удивило то что халат почему то) принесли на 3 день проживания, завтраки не плохие но почему то не ставят таблички названия блюд хотя они есть) в номере не работала вытяжка в санузле и телевизор, после обращения на ресепшен вытяжку починили в тот же день, а замена батареек в пульте от телика оказалась похоже делом не простым🤣🤣🤣 так он и не ожил) нам мой взгляд у отеля плюсов больше чем минусов, так что рекомендую!

I liked the hotel as a whole; linen and towels were changed every day. The tea corner has never been replenished in three days (-). I liked the breakfasts! But! Coffee is not coffee)))) coffee drink in a thermos. I liked the juices. Swimming pool (indoor)- A good one. Sauna and hammam are also available. From the comments- the furniture is good, but very "tired"..... there are catastrophically NOT enough hooks in the bathroom! Convenient location. The staff is polite.

It seems that there is no freon in the condors - it is not cooling anymore. The breakfasts are not bad, the Greek shower does not work, there is a refrigerator in the room, and cups and spoons had to be ordered additionally. They don't give you a second key...

To open the door with an electronic key, you need to go through 7 circles of hell. There is dirt, dust in the room, and the plugs from the lamps do not match the sockets. The hair dryer is not working. Who gave them 4 stars, and most importantly, why is it not clear?

Цены приемлемые.
Удобно расположен в городе.
На основных трассах, не далеко от метро.
Рядом с Посольством Российской Федерации и синагогой.
Не плохой ресторан.
В холле на первом этаже, где ресепшн есть места с диванчиками, креслами для встречь и деловых переговоров, и большой бар с всевозможными напитками.

The impression of the hotel is twofold. I booked a room through their website and confirmed the reservation. I come to check in and see the bewilderment in their eyes. We don't see your reservation, and we don't have any rooms. I'm showing you a printout of the booking confirmation. They leave, confer. They come and give the room a little more expensive (but they do not require additional payment). When ordering, I chose and paid for dinner (I thought I would eat national food). But they don't know about any additional services. As a result, $60 is wasted. Of course, after the claim and the displeased look, they brought some kind of pilaf, but it was humiliating and stupid. Why offer something on the site and take money for something that is not there.
The rooms themselves are spacious, but the renovation is not the first freshness... The sauna and hammam are not very clean, just for show.

The corridors are dark. The breakfasts are disgusting: liquid tea from a teapot, there is no coffee machine, only jubilee cookies from sweets. Access to the pool on the day of departure is only possible until 12. We asked, but they refused at the reception, then offered "well, up to a maximum of 14, but not at all." And this despite the fact that the pool is still cold and there was not a single person in the pool area.

On May 9th we were in this pool (we are tourists from Russia) Admission is 200,000 soums per person. The pool was clearly not prepared for the season: icy water, sharp sides and slimy steps on which she fell. The manager admitted that it was their fault. An ambulance was called, a hospital, a broken arm in 2 places. And none of the staff even asked how their client was feeling, maybe they needed help. I'm already in Russia, I barely made it, I won't be able to work for a month...

Плохой интернет, отключающийся кондиционер, неидеалтная сантехника - из минусов.
Из плюсов - расположение, чистенько, в номере все необходимое есть, умывальные принадлежности каждый день обновляли, все вежливые и улыбчивые.

При всех усилиях отель не отвечает требованиям. Проблемная стоянка. Мало места. Не вежливый персонал. Есть плюсы в виде множества доступных магазинов кафе . Большой выбор алкоголя и сигарет через дорогу. Имеются банкоматы и банк в 100 метрах. 500 метров большой рынок. Центр города хорошая локация
