The site is great, but that's not how it really happens. Visualization of the monument before its manufacture takes an hour, making one change takes another 15 minutes, plus the employee's dissatisfaction and grumbling. Calculation in word and general phrases without decryption and this is after the conclusion of the contract. Why can't all this be done in a table with an indication of each position separately. For example, the price of the tile, the number of pieces, the amount, the price of the work. It's all written in one phrase: the tile is so-and-so and immediately the sum of the installation. It is also necessary to ask that they print it, and not write it on a letterhead by hand. Create tables and train employees to use them. It is absolutely not difficult to do and everyone has been using it for a long time.

When we arrived at the office, it was a day off and a shortened schedule. There was one manager, Natalia, who already had clients. Even then I saw how carefully and meticulously she communicates, clarifies all the details. It's been a long time. I came with the baby and we waited. And when Natalia got free, there were 10 minutes left until the end of the working day. But, she accepted us and deleted another hour of her personal time for us. Taking my time, paying attention to all the details, I told everything in detail, emphasized the details that I did not even think about clarifying myself. I liked the ME-98 monument. Unusual shape, high-quality granite. The only thing is that I added a tombstone to the set. It turned out the way I wanted it to. The money turned out fine. They added an engraving of a portrait, a tombstone inscription and an epitaph to it. They decided to put an inexpensive metal fence. The company took over all the work. A monument and a fence were made. They agreed on the finished result with us. They delivered it and installed it on their own.
