We recently visited Grazia, and unfortunately, we were left with a very unpleasant impression. From the very entrance, the hostess began to communicate in a rather aggressive manner, immediately stating that she should not touch anything with her hands because the dresses were "very expensive." This attitude immediately discourages the desire to look at something further. The staff wasn't happy either — the girls looked tired, unhappy, and worked without interest, as if they were doing a favor. The atmosphere is tense and not at all conducive to choosing a wedding dress, which is especially important at such a moment. As a result, they left with the feeling that the client was not in the first place here at all.
