I gave a 2 meter long laptop wire for repair. After the repair, 1 meter was returned. To my indignation that the length would not be enough to reach the outlet, they offered to use an extension cord. In my opinion, this all speaks to the professionalism of this "wonderful" institution. I also had to go there 4 times: once they just didn't work on Saturday at will, although they agreed to give the order on that day 👎👎👎
