I was very happy to enjoy my days at the hotel. The staff gave me a wonderful time and as it was my partner’s birthday, they did everything to make our stay wonderful. “Thank you so much “, that is something i said a million times while i was there

Service is getting worse… It was my fourth and probably the last visit… It says 5* however it’s not … This time the water in outdoor pool was cold and it was impossible to use it at the evening. Hamam in SPA area was hot as hell ( instead of regular temperature) - it was impossible to use. The towel dryer in the washroom was leaking. The shower door wasn’t closing properly and we got huge puddle on the floor every time we took a shower. Although the breakfast is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is free of charge.
