We often visit a good store. Minus 1 star for price tags that are not always present or the price tag is hanging under the wrong product. However, they quickly issued a refund and returned the money. We bought meat in a vacuum package at the price of other meat in a package. The price of "our" packaging was missing and turned out to be higher than that stated in the price tag. When they saw a higher price in the receipt than on the price tag, they refused to take it away. The deception has been revealed! They silently returned the money. Check the receipts after payment!!!

The director is 100% customer-oriented: he always says hello when at the checkout, if the goods are out in the hall, he always goes to the warehouse and checks on the availability of the goods! Clever girl! Keep it up, but a thin girl over 40 years old- not hello, not goodbye! She often hangs up on her phone, and doesn't help with CSR, like it's not her responsibility, although the director is always mobile at the checkout and CSR, even during checkout calculations. And there's also a young Nastya, well, very slow and inattentive: she scans everything at the checkout - she doesn't see that the goods are from another customer and constantly makes cancellations, throws boxes on the floor in the hall, and doesn't put them in the cart (it's worth cutting the bottom and everything will be fine). She stands on the aisle and doesn't care that there are customers. Please wake her up!!!
