It's a very nice hotel. The friendly hosts speak Russian. Finding a hotel is not difficult. We checked in at 23:30, pre-booked right before passing the Russia-Georgia border through the t bank (island). We called the hostess via whatsapp to confirm the reservation (t bank support said to definitely call), but in fact I think it would be ok. Inside there is a very cozy living room, antique furniture. The stairs to the 2nd floor, where the rooms are, are not very comfortable but generally ok. The room was spacious. The shower is great, clean and pleasant. I had enough hot water , I swam for a long time , it didn 't end, I was high . The bed and mattress are good. The view from the window is simply divine from both windows. I don't remember exactly, but I think the number was 01. I don't think there were any other guests in the hotel. Cons: it's cold in my room. There was no heater or air conditioner for heating. But it was very comfortable to sleep, because the blankets are very warm. I warmed up in the shower. We were from 12 to 13 June. The hotel was not expensive.

It's a wonderful place! We have experienced true Georgian hospitality in this house. The guest house is located away from the center, the place is calm and cozy. Walking to the center is easy. The owners are charming people, they speak Russian, and they live in this house themselves, so the house is filled with homely comfort. There are paintings on the walls, flowers and a relaxation area on the ground floor. The window offers a view of Kazbek (in good weather). The rooms are clean, the bed is large and comfortable, the blankets are warm. The room has a TV and a small refrigerator. On the ground floor there is a dining area, dishes and a kettle. On the second floor there is a large terrace where you can relax with a cup of coffee.

The best guest house, friendly hostess, huge soft bed, lots of pillows and a warm blanket, TV in Russian, hair dryer in the room, an atmospheric hall with piano and fireplace downstairs, a great place, and the view from the windows is indescribable, just a delight, and I also wanted to mention the good location, 7 km to the border, convenient a place to spend the night and cross the border early in the morning without traffic jams, thanks to the hostess for her hospitality!
