I want to say right away that we did not live in the house, the review is solely about our feelings and impressions in the first 15 minutes. Expectations and reality categorically did not match. The order was placed on August 24 for entry on August 25, the cost was GEL 800 for 5 days. We expected that there would be a room with a view of nature, in fact we were given a room with no view at all. Inside, it's just like in the photo, only a little more tired. A room with a separate entrance on the ground floor, the front door closes barely with cunning manipulations, even a simple key is already visible and has been deformed many times, the key can be made new. We had a swing and a table in front of the entrance, but there was no canopy, according to forecasts, rain was expected almost all the time that we would be there, which means we would have to huddle in the room for a long time, the swing was damp and the seat too. They cleaned up in front of us, but for some reason they smeared everything with domestos so much that we all (my wife and son) actually started vomiting when we were in the room for 5 minutes, apparently the effect of poisoning, even though you take it and wash everything with water. The common courtyard at the house is small, with a large creaking swing and a bit of space up to the trellis fence. A large hotel was being built behind the fence, and welding work was underway right behind the fence and there was a huge crane. That is, there is no question of any kind. Ants were active right in front of the front door to the room, and we even managed to move a few of them with us. The village itself is quite far from Batumi, although it seems that it is close, but between Gonio and Batumi there are cargo terminals and large parking lots driven from Turkey, because of this the road is overloaded, taxi drivers are very reluctant to go there, and you will have to wait 40 minutes for a taxi. In general, this area is obviously being built up with new hotels, and most likely the infrastructure will be improved there after some years, but not yet. You won't be able to get to Batumi quickly by taxi. We handed over the money as soon as we got to the room. And now the most unpleasant thing is, after seeing all this and getting gagging from cleaning the room, we decided that we did not want to stay there and find a place closer to the city to the infrastructure, and I offered the hostess part of the money (200 GEL) for her concern, to which I received a lot of indignation and a refusal to return the money at all. I remind you that 15 minutes passed from the moment I gave her the money to the moment of refusal. The hostess offered another room on the second floor, it didn't smell like a house yet, since the cleaning hadn't been done yet, the room was a little better, but without a kitchen corner, but with a balcony, but no one canceled the construction outside the window. However, after such a reaction, there was even less desire to stay, I said that we would leave anyway, even if she did not give the money at all, in the end she returned 300 lari out of 800, that is, she withheld 500 lari, in my personal opinion this is just stealing money, I did not strongly argue if they believe that for a reservation a day before entering a house with two available rooms and cancellation immediately after familiarization with the house costs 500 lari, literally 15 minutes after I gave her the money, then let it remain on her conscience. By the way, the hostess asked to cancel the booking at the booking, apparently in this way they want to make it impossible to make reviews, and also hide from commissions, it's not surprising that there are so few reviews on the booking. +1 star for the proximity to the sea, according to the guests staying there, the sea is really clean, but since it was raining, we couldn't watch it. Maybe if it had been sunny, we would have stayed because we would have spent a lot of time by the sea. In general, if only a vacation by the sea is important to you, you are in your own car, or you are not demanding, you can try. I want to spice up the review with the fact that no one shouted at anyone, there was no conflict, we just weren't personally satisfied with this particular option, for example, we could have refused even before I gave the money (and such thoughts were still in the taxi) and then they wouldn't have received anything at all, but having received for some reason, the man thought that he had earned it and could just take it for himself.

Kind and hospitable host, delicious homemade wine, chacha, amenities are also on solid 4, 10 minutes walk to the sea, on flat terrain. The sea is clear, the locals go swimming from Batumi. There were 9 of us with children, we rested for 16 days, I liked everything, I recommend it

The hotel is located in a quiet location, the road is almost inaudible. There is an extension with a cafe near the wall. They cook well! But in the hotel itself, if you want to cook something yourself, then difficulties may arise. There are only 2 burners of the gas stove. The sea is 5 minutes away. The water is clean. The bus to Batumi takes 15-20 minutes, it runs often. The hosts are friendly and helpful people.
