What a mess! A lot of cheap and tasty fruits and vegetables. Also you can buy some local meet and chicken. But the condition of the ancient interiors and the street stalls, combined with the loud noise and hustle, might put you off.

О, этот рынок, там царит такая душевная атмосфера, словами не передать, выбор огромный, и вкусные жянгалов на входе и огромный выбор свежих овощей и фруктов вокруг и мясо и сухофрукты, а на втором этаже продают антиквар, побродить там тоже отдельное удовольствие. На цокольном этаже есть магазин китайских товаров (!), да чуть не забыла, внутри делают свежевыжатый гранатовый сок, ни одна поездка не обходится без посещения этого рынка

Great selection of traditional Armenian stuffed dried fruits. Prices are reasonable for the quality and not high anyway. Sun dried peaches stuffed with sweet walnuts are great, as well as pomegranate dried juice with nuts. Just try it and you will understand what I am talking about.
