Good craftsmen work, but the barbershop itself is "killed", I saw the repair last time under Brezhnev, probably. Veterans and the disabled have discounts upon presentation of a certificate.

I called to find out the cost of a haircut (to even the tips). After my question: "Does the price affect the fact that the hair is curly?", in response, they quipped and just hung up. Draw your own conclusions :) Communication is lower than 0.
