My husband and I arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m., we were immediately sent for breakfast at no extra charge, then immediately checked into a room, but we were provided with a much better class (comfort) at no extra charge. The breakfasts are excellent, the hotels are completely quiet. There is a mosque nearby, it is very pleasant to listen to the azan and feel that you are in Istanbul. The staff is customer-oriented. Room cleaning is daily. Good luck and prosperity to you.

Excellent location, near the metro, bus stops, the main street with a tram, a park and a mosque, at the exit from the hotel on the left there is an exchange office with the best exchange rate for the whole of Istanbul, and across the street there is a 24-hour liquor store (we have not seen more alcohol shops). The room is cozy, cleaning and replenishing shampoos every day. Breakfast is from 7.30 to 10.00 buffet, replenished, went at different times - always super.

If you just need to spend the night and not turn on the light in the room, then the hotel is what you need. Although there are cheaper places for overnight stays. If you still have rooms on floor "A", which is about half a flight by Russian standards, then you can immediately move them to another floor without looking. Higher numbers are better, but not significantly. There's mold in the bathroom, the plumbing doesn't breathe, and it falls off in places. It's a very cramped room! room 111 has a view of the street, room 113 has a view of the roof, on which everyone throws food to feed the cats. Breakfast is like breakfast. We are not moody in this regard. There is something to eat. Eggs, potatoes, vegetables, sweets, tea, coffee, juices, etc. The same thing every day. I think there's soup, but we didn't eat it. There is no laundry room. Oh yes, the room cleaning is a masterpiece... they will change the linen and towels, vacuum exactly to the edge of the bed (no further) and that's it. The bathroom is not cleaned, they will only add shampoo, paper, soap if there is none, and that's it. We had 2 sockets for the whole room. 1 in the room and 1 in the bathroom. I've been to Istanbul more than once, this is the worst hotel. I added 2 stars for responsiveness, I want to leave things, the staff is always ready to advise anything.
