At first, we were informed that the cash register was not working and asked to wait. Then they offered to pay in cash, but this option proved impossible due to technical problems. At that time, a large queue formed, and customers were forced to wait for more than 10 minutes without any clear explanations or attempts to resolve the situation promptly. As a result, the situation only worsened — the electricity was turned off in the store. I consider this level of service unacceptable. The staff did not pay due attention to the customers and did not take effective measures to solve the problem. I ask the management to pay attention to the organization of work and the quality of service.
