I contacted the 0001 post office at 10:35 a.m. on August 29 with a request to help me with the registration and dispatch of a parcel with cash on delivery on the territory of Armenia. Such parcels are issued on special forms (with fields, of course, in Armenian), it is required to correctly specify the address, the recipient's name and all the details. I do not know the Armenian language. The Hasik employee, as she introduced herself, said that she refused to help: she thought I needed to fill out the paperwork myself. My request was rudely refused. The employee turned out to be incompetent. In other post offices, I had previously been helped with the registration of the same parcels. Is this incompetence, discrimination, or just laziness?

A very frustrating experience. There are never any packing boxes in this department, which is why I have to travel all over the city in search of the right package to send the parcel. This is time-consuming and makes a simple task unnecessarily difficult. The post office must have at least basic packaging materials for customers.
