I liked the sanatorium. We rested for two nights according to the Relax Weekend program. During this time, we managed to go to minimal procedures, to the swimming pool, saunas, gym, as well as take a walk around the territory, which is large and well-maintained. I also liked the barrier–free environment: you can move from building to building without going outside, which is very convenient. We took a standard room with a view of the lake. Everything was clean, everything worked, very warm (even in winter, the window was opened quite often and for a long time). The food is varied, everything is delicious and fresh (different types of meat, side dishes, lots of sweets). The staff is friendly. Guests are welcome here. Despite the short stay, it was possible to reboot😊

Great place! I was in September for just a couple of days - which I regretted - I should have taken a week right away!!)) - it may not be cheap - but a vacation in this place is worth it!!!
The food is delicious and varied!
Cleanliness and order all around!
The most delight is of course the pool in the morning - I was lucky I was alone in the whole pool - and to be honest - the pool is just super - lighting + pine
trees in large windows!!
I will definitely return for 10 days!!
P. S - kettle on request - this is not a minus - this is a feature of this sanatorium!!))

But of course there are disadvantages that should not be in such sanatoriums.
1. In the hall where there are tables with chess and checkers. There are not enough pieces, and some checkers are purely bottle caps.
2. The coffee is good, you can only drink it at the bar. But he works from 12.00 In the bar near the restaurant, the coffee is bad.
3. And the most negative point. When you come to the bar in the evening. You need to stand in line yourself to place an order. I stood there for 20 minutes. Since the bartenders work perfectly, but there are only 2 people and of course it is not realistic to serve them quickly with a large influx of people.

We rested for 8 nights , just returned . I will try to give the most objective assessment. Over the past few years, I have been in such sanatoriums as Solodcha Ryazan 3*, Nadezhda Anapa 3*, Alfa - Radon Belarus 5* (I was in it 6!!! Times ) , that is, there is something to compare with , as they say. I would like to immediately note the magnificent territory of the sanatorium , not a likely aesthetic pleasure , this is the most magnificent territory I have ever seen , but it is better to see 1 time than read the description 100 times. The room as a whole is not bad, but the improved standard is less than the usual standard in the same Alpha Radon. There was also a standard, it is very small , really only for two , you can more or less comfortably accommodate a child if the child is no more than 3-5 years old. Who cares – take this into account . Plumbing is very tired throughout the sanatorium, not only in the rooms. In general, hot water runs from a cold tap on mud and vice versa.... The interiors are generally very beautiful, the designers and designers have done their best here, it is not surprising that photo shoots are often held here. The staff is great, very responsive and professional. I would especially like to thank the woman on the mud of small stature, with blond hair, wearing glasses ( I think I may be mistaken, Tamara Vladimirovna ) : You are an incredibly bright person ! How much kindness and positivity do you have, some kind of lightness or something.... It's like I came to my mom for your treatments. May God grant you good health and grateful guests! By the way, everything is fine according to the procedures , there are many , different , there are no queues, the medical reception, if possible, moves the time for the convenience of the guest. Next , the pool . In general, it's not bad, but the plaster stuck to the floor in the hammam has not gone anywhere during our entire stay in the sanatorium, there are no tiles somewhere , the lamp is broken in the sauna , the plumbing is sad, mold is found in the seams, lime plaque in the showers ((((.It's like the owner isn't there. Two days before departure , musical accompaniment was turned on in the corridors and offices , why can't this be done every day ? The mood of both the guests and the staff is completely different! Is it really that hard to press a button? The biggest questions are probably about the kitchen. For the first time I see that there is no vinaigrette in the sanatorium!!!, there is no usual salad cucumbers – tomatoes ( no, they are, that is, coarsely chopped, but it is not clear how to make a salad for a child from them), beetroot is just a basin of grated beetroot, there is a separate cheese and mayonnaise, but no garlic, there are no nuts , no prunes , and it is not possible to assemble an ordinary popular salad . I have never seen condensed milk, honey and jam (marmalade–type jam does not count) and this is at 5*!!!!! For the entire period of our stay, there was red fish for breakfast 1 time, delicious. But let it be not red , but salted herring and mackerel , but they will be more common, it is not so expensive. For the first time in my life I saw a long queue for pasta , why not make them more affordable? , it's not a shortage even in imperfect modern conditions . Standing ovation for the pastry shop: pastries and cakes are almost all beautiful ( in Alpha Radon, if anyone is interested, this is a complete failure and trouble). In general, it was amazing that such a rich and incredible Belarusian cuisine was presented only by Daniki once a week . But you can arrange a real Belarusian lunch or dinner once a week or two: cover the tables in the dining room with tablecloths, cook pancakes, washcloth, cut lard ( which, by the way, has never been).... On TV, instead of an annoying promo video, show the most striking sights of Belarus: temples, holy springs, Belarusian national costume, Belovezhskaya Pushcha , fortresses, castles.....You have a rich cultural heritage! I can't count everything! The idea can be developed further, Tatyana Mikhailovna (it seems), who is responsible for the cultural sector, it seems to me that you can definitely help realize all this. She 's just the soul of the sanatorium , that 's for sure the person in her place ! Tatyana Mikhailovna, you left a direct mark on my soul with your singing and the tour with you was incredible. Thank you for your dedicated work and creative approach to leisure in general.
Next, briefly, what I remembered in the course of the narrative:

children after 9-10 years will be bored , all activities , quests, etc. are mostly kid-friendly. The

We have been to this sanatorium 2 times , the first in 2022 , this year from July 1 to July 14 . Unfortunately, the sanatorium does not improve its service, but uses only what is already there, has been done, and above all, the location. Notes , about what we saw , we didn 't look for anything specifically for the better:
- on the independence day of Belarus on July 3, not a single event, even the doctor said strangely (when they were at the reception);
- from July 14 to 15, "very cultured" vacationers who arrived at the tables near the bar guffawed until two o'clock in the morning, no one made remarks to them (and did not send them inside the bar) from security or the administration simply has no one to do it, there is no one. We went home in the morning without getting enough sleep
- the door to the balcony in one of the rooms could not be repaired, my wife could not open it.There are no setup specialists with special keys;
- I wrote them wishes directly to the official website, of course, they did not write anything, only with 5 stars they write and do not respond to others, and it looks like some of them are registered , they know the names and surnames for sure ;
- for small things, the basketball shields were not made, one fell, the other is shameful. The bar by the lake is not working, it's desolate. The hall of table tennis and billiards, only for money and is constantly closed, maybe tournaments would at least be held, I think those who would like to be for money would be. And in other matters, we could see what is the best in other sanatoriums;
- the pool is certainly small for such a complex.
If the sanatorium positions itself at 5 stars, but at prices it looks like 6 stars already :) prices have also been increased and so there were probably 2-3 places in Belarus
, then I think it is necessary to improve the service, such as the construction of rooms for staff you produce in the forest. If not, then leave it like that - it's a good four! The food is good, the procedures are all there, as in other sanatoriums for such money. The location is great for us, the view from the balcony is great!. We wish you well-being and improvement!

It's a very cool place. We lived in the cottage for two weeks. We will definitely come back again. We swam in the lake and the pool. Some procedures were evaluated. I liked the massage. Everything is expensive, of course. Sometimes the prices just seem inadequate. But we liked it anyway. We had a vacation with children 5 and 7 years old)

I would like to mention Liana from the water treatments, Svetlana the masseur, Tatiana the cosmetologist at the SPA, Nastya the waiter of the olive hall - these are the people who helped me every day, communication with whom brought pleasure and benefit to the body.
One of the disadvantages is the medical reception- constant queues, a hanging program for recording procedures. You can stand in line and it will hang on you, when you can sign up now is unknown. You need to come back next time. When there are a lot of guests, it is difficult to make an appointment for procedures at a convenient time. So it turns out that one water bottle stands in the morning, the second in the afternoon, and the third in the evening. Although it would be more convenient to make them a complex together. Add staff to the medical session and debug the program!
Another disadvantage is the sound insulation of the room. Because there is a corridor system in the main building, then all the guests walking along the corridor and talking are very audible. The rooms are small in size and the bed is not far from the front door. You can hear everything, if you are not lucky with the neighbors, then only earplugs will save or relocation. There is some kind of problem with closing the door of the room - in order for it to close exactly, you need to make an effort- slam the door. So it turns out that you fall asleep and wake up to the fact that the neighboring rooms are slamming doors. It's very uncomfortable, everyone has their own sleep schedule and routine.
The hotel needs to work on the disadvantages, but the advantages more than cover them.
I advise you not to go on school holidays, then there are not so many guests.

The feelings are twofold, so I'll start with the pros:
1. A beautiful rather large territory.
2. Good equipment in the treatment area.
3. The staff is more responsive.
Of the cons:
1. We lived in a cottage that was completely unprepared for arrival:
- broken plumbing (water came out of the bidet hose like a fountain, watering cans in both showers were completely clogged).
- heating (there was practically no heating on the day of arrival, despite the fact that the batteries were at maximum capacity. One of them is still not working).
- dust is everywhere, ventilation grilles are especially "pleased".
2. In the description of the cottage it is worth noting that the bedrooms are equipped with a 180 cm bed. So, these are just two single beds made up with different mattresses and not even fastened together.
3. Dining room schedule: Breakfast starts at 8:00, at the same time as all procedures. Who prevents you from starting breakfast at 7:00, as in most countries, in many hotels and sanatoriums. Dinner ends at 19:30, and the procedures are still going on all this time ...
4. When scheduling procedures, no one thinks about the clients. This is especially inconvenient when you live in a cottage, and not in the main building. For example, at 10 a.m. there is a procedure for 15 minutes, after it there is a 40-minute break, again the procedure for 10 minutes, then again a break for an hour. Who prevents you from thoughtfully making a schedule so as not to run back and forth??? The same point applies to the schedule of family members. If the family is relaxing together, at least at breakfast, lunch and dinner, you want to get together, but it turned out extremely rarely ...
5. A very monotonous menu on the Swedish line.
6. The pool area is a separate song... The storage boxes for personal items do not work. More precisely, bracelets are not issued to them. You come and leave your personal belongings and you can go to the pool, where you can leave your phone under the cameras. For me, this approach was wild.
7. The lunch hour break of the entire staff is also striking on the spot. Who prevents you from introducing shifts and leaving the state department with a sign "RE-ACCOUNTING"?
