I visit twice a year. Very nice rooms, grounds, medical services. Quiet and attentive staff, a good rental point, a beautiful lake. I would like the Belarusian language to be heard more often in the sanatorium, there would be more local symbols, since I come from Russia and there is not enough local flavor. PLISSA is one of the best health resorts in Belarus and Russia. I recommend.

I had a rest in a sanatorium in May 2023. The rest left a twofold impression. There are pros and cons. First, about the good things. Nice rooms, clean and well-groomed territory, wonderful lake and nature. During my stay in the pool, aquazumba and aqua aerobics classes were held. In the evenings, there are concerts by artists, a disco and karaoke in the bar. At the rental point, you can rent a bicycle or scooter, a fishing rod. There is excellent fishing on the lake, the fish bite well. The pump room has very good mineral water.
Now about the cons. Firstly, the staff is not friendly. Especially the girls at the reception, once again you don't want to ask them anything. The pool is large, but cool and very chlorinated. I didn't like the food. It's the same thing every day. The meat is almost always tough, there are few side dishes. There were pearl barley for lunch several times, fish bones in the fish soup. The coffee in the coffee machine is not delicious. There are only some weak pastries from sweets, no cakes or desserts. In general, the food is not a five-star sanatorium.
I can't say anything about the treatment, since I didn't have any procedures.
In general, you can relax there, but the cost of the trip is clearly overstated.
Last year we had a vacation in Alpha Radon, so it's much better there.

I really liked this wonderful sanatorium. The food is excellent! Everything is delicious at home. The treatment is also good. Especially massage. Massage therapist Alexey is the best! The territory of the sanatorium is well-groomed, quite large. Swans live on the lake. In general, I did not see a single flaw.

I have already vacationed in this beautiful place 3 times (October 2020, November 2020, February 2022).I took the program for 6 days. I was very satisfied, and was also pleasantly surprised by both the level of service and the quality of the services offered. The single room is very cozy, comfortable, and it was great to sleep. The variety of services is also at an excellent level: a wide range of medical services (tests, ultrasound, comprehensive health screening), procedures to an extensive cultural and entertainment program. I would like to note that the procedures are very conveniently scheduled, they can be changed quite easily even at busy times (for procedures and recording for them, a medical respesn is allocated in a separate building).
The staff of the sanatorium is very polite and qualified. Their competence and quick resolution of emerging issues deserve attention.
There is a developed infrastructure on the territory itself (a closed pump room, a separate sauna for firewood, a summer arena, a boat station, a tennis court, a children's room, a rental point, yard simulators, etc.).For those who like walking, there is a so-called "Health Trail" with a length of 1.5 km.
Inside the complex there is a medical building, where there is a large 25-meter swimming pool with a division into a children's area, a Jacuzzi, on the second floor of the pool there is a gallery of saunas (hammam, Finnish and Russian), as well as a spacious dining room with a wonderful buffet (the food is varied and very high quality).
I will definitely come again.. Thank you very much to the staff and management of the complex for the excellent work, keep it up!

We arrived late, left fruit and sandwiches in the room. The room is clean. The pastel linen is good, but the towels and bathrobes are so-so. The buffet is not a "self-made tablecloth" I think because it is winter. There is no a la carte menu, only in summer. If you want to eat after dinner, then wait until morning. I like the procedures) very decent and clean. Beautiful location. In summer, it's probably beautiful here! The staff is very friendly, the area is well maintained. For the first time we rested in this sanatorium, we left a very wonderful impression! We recommend it to everyone and we will come back here ourselves. The staff is very polite, we had no problems with anything, but I think if there was something they would have settled everything without any problems. Good location, there is a beach on the lake and a wonderful large area for walking. A large swimming pool with a comfortable water temperature, as well as three types of baths. Buffet meals-everything is very tasty! The room is cleaned every day, everything is clean and cozy. Excellent treatment, qualified doctors, you can relax and improve your health! My husband and I are delighted, I repeat that we decided next time not to consider other sanatoriums, but to go only here!!!

A good sanatorium. It was built not so long ago. Everything is clean and tidy. Swimming pool, treatment - various types of water baths, massages, etc. The food is varied - buffet. It is located on the shore of a picturesque lake. There are many opportunities for walking around the forest. In the evenings there are entertainment programs with invited artists, contests, etc. I really liked it. I recommend it.
Ps. But we were in January 2020 - before the pandemic. I don't know how it is now. But I hope it's just as good :)

Very beautiful territory, everything is well maintained, pristine nature, very clean lake, you can swim and sunbathe... a pool with mineral water ... the Hammam did not always work ... and if it worked sometimes it was terribly hot ... there are few problems with service and food... lived in a cottage... the cleaning is good... the buffet food is a little monotonous ... every other time... it's just delicious, and then there's a lot of choice, but there's nothing to eat... and fish dishes.. she was very defrosted with ice cream sometimes... tongue, meat, chicken, liver dishes, chicken cutlets, nuggets-great... she couldn't eat fish..some massage masters do not know how to do it at all, there are only a couple of people who really understand it.. and they don't press all the points at random ... this applies to both spa and therapeutic massage as intended ... female employees on baths and mud are very friendly.. thanks to them for their good attitude towards customers..the girls at the medical reception have prepared an excellent schedule of procedures ... there was always enough time to eat ... please pick up a normal staff of massage therapists ... so that people then do not go back to the osteopath upon arrival

I had to remind you about the baby cot, the baby's bathrobe was not brought to the room. There is no hair conditioner, and in general, the bathroom set is just shampoo and soap. We had a threesome for 4 days with a 5-year-old child. My sister wanted to go with us with a baby of 3 months, but when booking they said that children under 3 years old were not allowed. OK, but at the same time, we had a family with a child there for about a year.

The territory is excellent - constantly cleaned, swept. On the downside, moles dug up the lawn in the spring.
There are no questions about the procedures, 3 pcs for each person every day, plus you can order extra, the staff is friendly.
In the kitchen, the food is good, they try not to repeat themselves, but a couple of times when entering the dining room it smelled like a "Soviet canteen", I don't know what this smell is related to. And for example, at dinner before 19.30, at 18:40 there was no longer a dish of the evening - fried fish (what the cook cooks in front of you).
About leisure. We were in the spring during the transition period, there were no skis, the beach was not working yet. There is almost no leisure besides walking around the sanatorium.
Billiards (2 tables) and table tennis (1 table) are available for a fee. Tennis was disappointing - rackets and balls are the cheapest available, they sell in the store for 100 rubles, half of the rackets are broken. The table is also one of the most budget-friendly, the table top is thin with bends.
According to the schedule, there were supposed to be billiards and tennis tournaments, as a result, there was no organization, everyone took and played self-organizing if they wanted. I think if tennis were free, the sanatorium would not lose much, but people's loyalty would grow, especially with such equipment.
In the end, everything is not bad, but there is something to improve by adding activities and their organization by animators.
I also remembered that for some reason the nursery has a Monday-Tuesday weekend.

Good afternoon. 0610.23-10.01.23. Great respect to the managers of the sanatorium, as I understand it, they squeeze to the maximum with a minimum of investments.
They took as 5 stars, more than 20 tr per day for a family of 4 people. A lot of things that "surprised", firstly, is the dining room: it begins with a sullen meeting of a girl at the entrance, the tables look shabby, there is no serving, forks and knives in general as from a work canteen. The choice of food is minimal, it is clear that it is winter and there are no fruits, but there is nothing at all for children, there is a queue for pasta (not every day). When asked if you have a children's table, they looked at you like jerks. Jam of 2 types was exposed daily to the same thing, it looks like you don't want to eat. No honey, no nuts, nothing. 07.02.23 in the middle of the dinner, the hot stuff ran out-everything in general!! But my question is "why is that?" the answer followed-"a little miscalculated, full load, wait a bit." A little bit lasted at least 20 minutes. Those who take money with 100% prepayment do not know, but they do not have time to feed. We ask for ice cream at the bar every evening-there is no ice cream, we ate it on NG, they will bring it in a week. Do not drink mojito because of the lack of mint, becherovka because of the lack of becherovka, and so on according to the list. But the apogee was the refusal of French fries. No comments.

We went to Belarus with our family for the first time. By car. We received only positive emotions. We compared the rest and procedures with similar institutions in Lithuania (SPA in Druskininkai, in Anikshai). The pleat seemed to us a worthy replacement. Cozy, beautiful, hospitable, high-quality. Driving closer, visas are not needed, a large free guarded parking lot on the territory of the complex, which is located in a picturesque forest on the shore of a large lake, there is a rental of anything, including fishing gear. It is interesting to go on excursions to Glubokoe (20 minutes by car))and Polotsk (50-60 minutes). The air is dizzying. There is fishing. You can take your gear. Boating is a class. Dinner on the water is great..They were in early October 2021. Maybe we'll eat some more. Maybe with the granddaughters. The children will be interested. A lot has been done for them. Well done.
