We stayed in this hotel from 07/28/04/08, arrived late at night, checked in immediately because our room was already waiting for us, we got a room on the first floor 108 with a view of the pool, cons it's noisy, all the noise from the pool (screams, music)you can hear it in the room, but it's early morning or late evening, the room itself is in good condition, the shower is combined with the toilet, there is no shower curtain. The bass is good, warm, deep enough, there is a bar. Room cleaning every day, replenished, water, tea, coffee, sugar, cream, everything according to the standard. Breakfast is from 6:30-11:00, we had enough of everything, just like everywhere else in Asia + — Good location of the hotel. There are very, very, very many Indians in this hotel, it's a nightmare, they gather 10 people in one room and behave outrageously, yell, talk loudly, listen to music, but it's morning or late at night, they don't care, as if there are no other vacationers, the same thing at breakfast, They walk around in droves, see themselves like pigs, devour girls with their eyes, twisting their necks in the open. It's not pleasant. Thailand has turned into some kind of Mumbai, honestly, Hindus are everywhere!! Restaurants, cafes, massage parlors, shopping malls, I'm generally silent about Protamnak district. We rested at the Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya by Compass Hospitality from 12.07 to 07.26.2024. The hotel has an excellent location in the center of Pattaya, within walking distance to Bali Hai Pier, the city promenade and the famous Walking Street, as well as close to various cafes, markets, massage parlors, convenient tuk tuk stops, etc. The hotel has wonderful breakfasts: there is meat, fruits, yoghurts, seafood, delicious coffee and much more! The staff is very friendly, smiling and friendly, unobtrusive, tactful! The rooms are very cozy: there is a plasma TV, Internet in the room, at the reception, by the pool! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and clean, we even saw tupayas (local squirrels). Room cleaning is on top, very clean! And the pool is a fairy tale!!! The cleanest, with comfortable, pleasant temperature water and worked until late in the evening! Always towels, crisp with cleanliness, by the pool and in the room! Sooooo much I liked the Pool at the hotel, I don't remember the exact depth, but with my 184cm, I plunged to the bottom with my hands, you can safely dive. Hi everybody. I was at this hotel in September. The location is good, it seems to be close to the party streets, but at the same time it is quiet next to the hotel. Take rooms with a view of the pool. So there are no other interesting species) Rooms for three (lived on the second floor) partially renovated. The refrigerator did not work (they could not even change it in 10 days). The furniture is clearly not the first freshness. But in general, it's normal! THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL IS POLITE, SMILING.. WE LIVED ON THE THIRD FLOOR IN 324 ROOMS... THE ROOM WAS CLEANED EVERY DAY-EVERYTHING IS CLEAN AND TIDY. THE BREAKFASTS WERE DELICIOUS, the only thing was that for some reason there was no dessert (pies, etc.), but delicious pancakes and various omelets were baked on the street.. To the beach (I say right away, the city beach is very dirty, my advice is to go straight to the islands) it takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel, about 15-20 to walking street. Let's move on to the cons - there are quite a lot of them! 1) I absolutely did not like cleaning the room (the floors were washed very rarely, and if they were washed, then they were greasy. The shelves are not touched at all. The only thing they do is make the beds and sweep, I didn't notice anything else). 2) On our balcony (our room was on the 2nd floor), water was always flowing on the floor because the pipe was broken. We went to the reception, the master came. I poked around there for 5 minutes and left. Nothing has changed. 3) The air conditioning in the room was very cold. We tried to regulate the temperature. But it's very cold with him, it's very hot without him. 4) When we went on a tour in the morning, the reception staff forgot about our lunch, which we ordered!! 5) NEVER put things to dry on a wooden table on the balcony!!! I put a white shirt in there - it immediately turned yellow. Fruits are served for breakfast: melon, pineapple, watermelon, tangerines, papaya. Ice cream, however, has not been seen. The Temple of Truth is 4 km away. Download the Bolt taxi app, cheaper and more comfortable than a tuk-tuk. We arrived as a family (4 people) for 60 baht. Also to the river station to sail to Kolan Island. Swim for 40 minutes. Ferry every hour. 30 baht one way per person. The last one leaves at 17:00. You can sail away on a motor boat. There will be 300 baht per person (round trip). It takes 20 minutes. We had a couple vacation in March 2023. Great hotel. Very convenient location. Bali Hai Pier was reached on foot in 25 minutes in order to take the ferry to Koh Lan Island in the morning. Shopping centers are within walking distance. It takes 10 minutes to get to Terminal 21 by tuk tuk, and 5-7 minutes to get to the fish market with a transfer to another tuk tuk at Terminal 21. The breakfasts are decent. In front of the pool, the cook fried omelets and fried eggs every morning, there were also soups, potatoes, sausages, vegetables, muesli, fruits. Real coffee from coffee machines. We also tried Indian food. Europeans, Indians, and Chinese live in the hotel. This neighborhood didn't bother us at all. We went down to the reception with my husband, explained that the room was not satisfied. Not immediately, of course, but 15 minutes later we were given the keys to a room on the 6th floor also overlooking the pool, not a corner one, with a large bed and fresh cosmetic repairs. So do not hesitate to request a replacement room upon check-in if something does not suit you. In general, the staff is very friendly, everyone speaks English. The deposit upon check-in is 1000 baht. They tried to give $100, but they don't take it. I had to throw my bags in the Lobby and go right out of the hotel through the Pattaya Avenue shopping center, past McDonald's to the exchanger. There are many of them, you can walk in 5 minutes. Right next to the Sevenleven Hotel.A bunch of all kinds of laundries, used their services, washed and ironed shorts and 4 T-shirts came out 70 baht. My husband also found a barbershop not far from the hotel and had a decent haircut for a half-box for 200 baht. We swam in the pool 3 or 4 times. The water is clean. We went by tuk tuks to the night markets on Jomtien and Russian Street. Everything is relatively close to the hotel. If you want to walk along Beachka and Volker Street in the evening, then it's all within walking distance. We recommend the hotel. We will probably stay there more than once. We went to Pattaya 3 times, there is something to compare it with.
