Today, on 04/24/2026 at 8 a.m. on the 2nd column, I paid for 95 prime gasoline for 7000 tenge. After there was a little more than 10 liters on the gas station meter in the amount of 2,999 tenge, further refueling stopped, the tanker told me to go to the cashier, the cashier said that he had informed the manager at night that there were technical problems with this column, then he informed me that the remaining amount would be returned to my card within a couple of hours, at the time of writing the review (and this is after almost 6 hours) nothing came back. As a result, my money was gone, I couldn't refuel properly, and I spent time figuring out issues that shouldn't bother me at all.
