The service is terrible. The service with a small child is just disgusting. The order was paid in advance online. We also issued the order form in advance. I had a passport for my legal representative with me. They refused to take the analysis. The child became ill , ate on an empty stomach and wanted to go to the toilet ( for analysis ) . My suggestion to submit the analysis immediately and bring the document within 10-15 minutes is a refusal . Learn how to communicate with clients and children. The girl at the checkout today is especially kind to you. I will never contact this branch or this laboratory again. Learn how to warn customers in SMS form, instead of endless mailings of advertisements .
