This is a great place to get tested with a child! There is a place to put a stroller, a convenient electronic queue, sweets for the procedure, everything is just perfect! All the staff are very polite and attentive, they quickly found a vein for the child and collected blood (the child is 1 year old). Helix has a VERY convenient website , everything is clear and understandable, everything loads quickly ( this is important for me, because I wanted to compare prices) Additionally, I want to say thank you for the opportunity to order an additional analysis (after the appointment with the neurologist, an additional analysis was needed). It is very nice that you do not need to prick the child's hand a second time, but you can call and make an additional order for some kind of analysis ( 25 passed the analysis, 27 could still make an additional order ) Thank you for your work ❤

I was with a child (6 months old) at Independence, 185. We wanted to take UAC, OAM, + glucose. It was the first time, and the expectations were certainly higher than they turned out to be. If, with blood collection from a vein in a small child, it is still possible to assume that the veins are deep and you do not want to torture the child, but still a question of qualification. I found out about the urine donation in a special container after the fact, and with a small child in my arms, transfusing it from a pharmacy container, I don't understand how into a test tube is so-so. There is nowhere to put the baby, there is no changing table anywhere. The girl at the checkout was talking with a face like someone had died. They helped with the test tube only from the 3rd time, and then when I had already poured, but as it turned out, not as required. And all this with a baby in her arms who weighs almost 10 kg! I would have understood if there were queues and other people had to be served, but we were the only ones there! This test left an indelible impression, seven sweats came off, thank you!

Other patients take a coupon for an electronic "preferential" queue. Although they visually have no benefits. You have to wait a long time for your turn. Please correct this situation. Put at least an employee who controls the process of issuing coupons on the queue.
