The worst thing about going to Helix is that they just stopped waiting in line, it's okay, you can sit for an extra 10 minutes, but I've never had a vein pricked so much, a few hours after the handover, my arm hurts in the crook, as a bruise appeared.

I came at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 29th and saw this picture. There are no shoe covers, the used ones are lying around in a pile, so people walk right in their shoes. There is a feeling of chaos inside. The receptionist talks with a displeased face and seems to be doing a favor. It's more pleasant to take tests in a government clinic.

This is a great place to get tested with a child! There is a place to put a stroller, a convenient electronic queue, sweets for the procedure, everything is just perfect! All the staff are very polite and attentive, they quickly found a vein for the child and collected blood (the child is 1 year old). Helix has a VERY convenient website , everything is clear and understandable, everything loads quickly ( this is important for me, because I wanted to compare prices) Additionally, I want to say thank you for the opportunity to order an additional analysis (after the appointment with the neurologist, an additional analysis was needed). It is very nice that you do not need to prick the child's hand a second time, but you can call and make an additional order for some kind of analysis ( 25 passed the analysis, 27 could still make an additional order ) Thank you for your work ❤
