This is a great place to get tested with a child! There is a place to put a stroller, a convenient electronic queue, sweets for the procedure, everything is just perfect! All the staff are very polite and attentive, they quickly found a vein for the child and collected blood (the child is 1 year old). Helix has a VERY convenient website , everything is clear and understandable, everything loads quickly ( this is important for me, because I wanted to compare prices) Additionally, I want to say thank you for the opportunity to order an additional analysis (after the appointment with the neurologist, an additional analysis was needed). It is very nice that you do not need to prick the child's hand a second time, but you can call and make an additional order for some kind of analysis ( 25 passed the analysis, 27 could still make an additional order ) Thank you for your work ❤

3 stars only for girls from the manipulation room, fast, painless and very comfortable. But you wait in line like in a regular clinic, pregnant women go in stacks ahead of the whole planet, administrators work super slowly. Why an online order is then not clear, if for the sake of a 5% discount, then a lot of time spent in the queue is not worth it, there used to be at least a priority…

everything is very slow: from the queue to the time when the tests are ready. if you need results quickly (and why else contact a paid laboratory?) it's better to choose another place. there is even a banal general blood test - 2 working days, there is no way to do it urgently, even for an additional fee.

I didn't like the fact that online orders go without a queue, on a discount coupon, just like children under 3 years old. I had to sit with a screaming one-and-a-half-year-old child for a very long time, until all the uncles and aunts would pass without waiting in line. This is a huge disadvantage that there is no separate queue for children. Otherwise, everything is fine, the blood was taken well, the administrator is good, she gave the child a balloon and the nurse a yummy. It was convenient all the time when there was a ticket without a queue for small children.

The most terrible laboratory. The staff is incompetent in their medical profile, and due to lack of qualifications, they had to retake the tests. It is better not to come with small children, there are a lot of people in a small room. Only one office is open. The attitude of the staff is terrible, everyone is "dissatisfied".

Insanely long service at the reception. You come to take tests quickly - as a result, never out of 5 times have you sat in line for less than 15 minutes at the reception desk. This is a very critical time in the morning. Especially when you see that people with numbers that came much later are ahead of you (it's very unclear why this happens when you both have the same request - taking tests). There are no questions with the immediate delivery of tests, everything is fast, polite and prompt 👍🏻

I didn't like it, there are so many people that if you had a chance to stay without covid before visiting, then after visiting you will definitely pick it up. According to the ticket, there were 14 people in front of me, I had to stand in a crowd of people who were obviously not quite healthy for 2 hours. It would seem to sign up.. but they said by phone number 7766 that there is no live queue, but this is not quite true. For example, insurance companies and epam, oddly enough, can record their customers and employees and they are pushing everyone aside in such a good flow, and you wait. The employees themselves say this openly, there were a lot of unhappy people, there were also enough threats to write where it was necessary, whether anyone wrote except me is not known. And yes, I have a recording of a conversation where the operator says that it is not possible to record for the test, I will think about how this can be used. I strongly advise against it, although unfortunately we don't have much choice. Good luck to everyone.
