Convenient location, I arrived late, at 12 o'clock - there were no queues at all, I was the only one. The staff is polite, they will tell you everything, they will ask you what you need. The service is top-notch. A good selection of free drinks plus a candy bar. The tests themselves arrived even earlier than the stated date.

I will write a review as a person who is afraid to donate blood and immediately feels bad. I've read bad reviews that there are a lot of people in the Helix, the windows don't work, and so on. I walked with the thought that I would still be sitting in line (on Saturday morning) and I would already feel sick there. I came to Helix, there were a lot of people, but they called me for registration in 3 minutes. And for the analysis itself in a minute after registration!!! As for the staff, there was no rudeness in my direction, as everyone writes. On the contrary, visitors are rude and shout at the whole point. Treatment room - special thanks: cold, clean. You definitely won't feel sick while they take the test, just sit in the cold, there's enough air, no panic. The bonus is a candy bar and you can drink coffee! The tests came earlier than promised. A small disadvantage is that they put a bruise, they must have been injected in a wrong way. But in all other respects, it is an ideal point for delivery!
