I will write a review as a person who is afraid to donate blood and immediately feels bad. I've read bad reviews that there are a lot of people in the Helix, the windows don't work, and so on. I walked with the thought that I would still be sitting in line (on Saturday morning) and I would already feel sick there. I came to Helix, there were a lot of people, but they called me for registration in 3 minutes. And for the analysis itself in a minute after registration!!! As for the staff, there was no rudeness in my direction, as everyone writes. On the contrary, visitors are rude and shout at the whole point. Treatment room - special thanks: cold, clean. You definitely won't feel sick while they take the test, just sit in the cold, there's enough air, no panic. The bonus is a candy bar and you can drink coffee! The tests came earlier than promised. A small disadvantage is that they put a bruise, they must have been injected in a wrong way. But in all other respects, it is an ideal point for delivery!

A very polite and pleasant receptionist, if I remember correctly, Alesya Artemovna. She clarified all the details on preparing for the analysis, gave me a coupon for a hot drink, but in the meantime, after donating blood in the vending machine, I punched it and did not understand why there was no drink, she called me and replaced the coupon and explained that the vending machine sometimes messes up. It seems like a small thing, but it's nice when people come to your aid so quickly. The same thing happened to the girl at the blood collection site, she clarified everything, even she quickly organized everything for blood donation from the left hand, as I wanted, although she initially had everything prepared for the right hand. So only positive emotions after all the procedures, I thank the beautiful girls for their work!
