They wanted to do biochemistry for their 6-month-old son, the day before they called the call center, gave the address and asked if they could take blood from the baby. We were assured that they would take it from the children, but it might be difficult to find wreaths, we were ready for this. As a result, having arrived at the laboratory from another locality, having spent time with a child in a stroller, they could not provide us with a service, because there were simply no small needles!!!! Thanks to the administrator and staff for their friendliness and their attempt, we searched for a vein in the bend, but it's useless without a small needle! The laboratory itself is simply not designed to take blood from babies, there is no couch or changing table, and accordingly there is no equipment! There is also no ramp, so there is no way to enter with a wheelchair! Therefore, please do not mislead people or provide the conditions for testing young children! It is important that we did biochemistry at another paid medical center and can compare

Of the advantages: - location, close to metro, tram stop, the whole city center; - coffee and a sweet treat after the procedure; - there was no queue during the visit - everything went quickly enough. Minuses: - it is very stuffy, there is no air conditioner or it did not work, in the summer this is a significant disadvantage; - they stuck two hands with a needle - they couldn't find the veins, I faced this problem in the state about 10 years ago, I usually go to the Invitro and they find a vein in me the first time - maybe it's worth additionally training the medical staff to take blood if the veins are not visible at first glance. The arm in the crook hurt for several days after that.

I came to take tests today, and I spent 30 to 40 minutes on it. The queue is long, there are few employees: one receptionist and one nurse. Question: Why would people spend so much time queuing at a TOLL booth? I'm not coming back here anymore, I'd rather go to another branch or clinic. The only thing you can get a star for is nice employees.
