Good afternoon, I contacted the sampling point on Proletarskaya street in the city of Bobruisk, asked for only a blood sample, I was ready to pay for the sampling and test tubes, everything that was required, I specially brought an elderly mother, a disabled person of the 3rd group, but they refused me because of the ban on taking blood from the laboratory! This is outrageous, of course, I work in a laboratory in Moscow myself, and here you can apply to any fence point, any laboratory, and no one will refuse, including Helix! I ask the management to pay attention to this review and learn from the experience of advanced laboratories, but if this is an administrator's mistake, then I would like them to do their job competently!
