I took tests today, and I was extremely unhappy. An employee at the reception is clearly annoyed, it feels like she's just being annoyed by people. Next, the second employee performs several tasks at the same time - she draws up documents, works as a midwife (takes swabs) and takes blood. The smear procedure was very rough, without accuracy. When asked why she does everything alone, she replied: "The holiday season, what did you want?" — I think this is outright rudeness. When asked to take blood from the other hand (where the veins are better), she received a categorical refusal without explanation. There is something to compare it with — in other laboratories that I have visited, they are always polite and careful. They also paid a considerable amount here and received a "work out quickly" attitude. I'm not going back. I don't recommend it.
