I like it too much. It's pretty comfortable for me and clean. Moreover, they have an astonishing view of the EXPO ball. When the night comes it makes me fun and surprised.

A lovely stylish hotel in the heart of the city. The view from the room was like a postcard. It is especially pleasant that there is a huge shopping center within walking distance from the hotel, where you can buy everything you need if you forgot something. The staff is attentive, they gave full information about the hotel upon check-in. There was a standard room, corresponding to the status of the hotel. A comfortable bed, I was able to get a great night's sleep thanks to this and blackout curtains. I really liked the cosmetics in the bathroom. Buffet breakfast, a large selection of food for every taste. Several times I came across the fact that half of the elevators were under maintenance, but otherwise I rate my stay at 10/10.

We had a rest at the end of August 2024, the location of the hotel is wonderful: near the mega shopping complex with numerous shops, food court, restaurants, opposite the museum of the future (glass ball). A huge area for walking. The hotel inside, as well as from the outside, is very beautiful, stylish, fashionable and youthful. The staff is neutrally friendly. The room is great, everything is there except a towel dryer. There is an iron, but it did not work. The minibar is packed to capacity. I had to take everything out of it to put my drinks and sausage made from kanina, bought in mega. Breakfast at the hotel costs 15 thousand tenge per person, we did not include it and ate at the nearest cafe in mega. The room rate included access to the spa. It's really cool to relax in the pool, 4 types of saunas or the salt room. Two dzhaguzi qualitatively massage the body after walking in Astana.

I've been to the hotel several times. It is large, quite modern and generally pleasant. But besides the basic advantages of any 5-star hotel, this Hilton has several disadvantages. Very weak breakfasts. I haven't drunk packaged orange juice in hotels for a long time. I was sure that in 2024, freshly squeezed is the base. There is also no bacon for breakfast. Even beef. Some kind of tasteless beef sausage and delicious horsemeat sausage are cut from the slicing. For some reason, 2 bottles of water are brought to the room, you have to constantly ask for more. I haven't been to the spa. Tax and charge service are added to the order of food in the room — as if I got to the USA or Cambodia. In decent hotels, if the legislation allows it (and in Kazakhstan, of course, it allows), such a practice has long been abandoned. And last but not least, my favorite, all cosmetics are in giant bottles. Who poured what into it is unknown, Schrodinger shampoo.
Otherwise, everything is fine. There is a Mega nearby, if you come to the exhibition, then you can't find a better hotel, the staff are nice and friendly. Will I come here again? On a business trip — no options. For my own, I will stay in a new place.

Well, what can I say here is a gorgeous place to relax, very tasty breakfasts and the menu is generally gorgeous, there are a lot of different dishes and the serving is perfect, a hammam, a steam room, a pool is just a fire. The rooms are cozy and the view from the windows is awesome. The service is at the highest level. Hiltin is the best place to relax and stay. As for the prices, they are acceptable. Everything is within walking distance. I advise you not to regret it!!!

The hotel is super! The staff is polite, they will always help with solving issues. I really liked the breakfasts, especially the fact that there are always soups in the morning. Well, there is a lot of variety and choice. The location is good, close to Expo and Mega SilkWay. In general, we are very pleased with our visit to this hotel.

A great hotel, the Hilton is on top, as always. Great rooms, everything is comfortable. Breakfast is super, naturally with a touch of Kazakh cuisine. The location is also great - Expo and a huge shopping mall are just a stone's throw away. In general, I recommend it for both business and tourist trips. I was in Astana on business myself. Standard rooms with various views are also available to guests - with a view of the expo and a stunning view of the city. The hotel is maintained in excellent condition, giving the impression that it has just opened. You will not find any scuffs or traces of time here.
The only thing that slightly overshadowed our stay was that during the busy check-in there were only two employees at the reception desk. However, they were fluent in Russian, Turkish and English, which pleased us. Therefore, there were no language problems.
I was a little disappointed by the lack of matches in the lobby and at the reception. Nevertheless, it should be noted the quality of household chemicals offered in the rooms - it is really of very high quality, and has a pleasant and unobtrusive aroma, as well as being hypoallergenic.
The room has all the necessary amenities such as a safe, free Wi-Fi, bathrobes and slippers. Guests can also connect their gadgets to the in-room TV using the screenmirroring protocol and enjoy audio in the bathroom using the volume control on the wall. Both a bathtub and a shower are available in standard rooms. Climate control is provided in a limited range. The iron and ironing board are conveniently placed in the wardrobe.

Beautiful view from the window, panoramic windows, interesting architectural solution of the interior space. The rooms are slightly "tired", especially if you look closely. Delicious varied breakfasts. Nice swimming pool, saunas with different temperatures, hammam, salt room. We had dinner in the room once, the food was delicious, the table was set.
The three of us lived together and constantly had to be reminded about water and a towel for the third guest.

A decent city business class hotel. A great breakfast. Room service is on the level. Standard rooms are divided into with a view of the Expo and the city. Guests are offered SPA services - hamam, sauna, swimming pool, etc. in general - clean, still new, not killed. It was a little frustrating that there were only 2 employees at the reception desk during the hot moments of arrivals. But in turn, they were pleased with their good knowledge of Turkish and English. For some reason, there were no matches in the lobby or at the reception. I would also like to tell you separately about household chemicals in the rooms - really very high-quality, with pleasant, unobtrusive fragrances, hypoallergenic. In-room safe, free Wi-Fi, bathrobe, slippers. The ability to connect your gadgets to the TV in the room via the ScreenMirroring protocol, with audio output to the bathroom - the volume control of the speaker in the bathroom on the wall. The standard room had both a bathtub and a shower room. Climate control control in a small range. The iron and ironing board are very conveniently located in the wardrobe.

There is a museum across the street, where my children (they are 5 years old) and I spent 2 hours, the children are delighted, so are we, the museum building is in the form of a ball with a diameter of 80m.

An excellent hotel, corresponding to its level. The service is on top. A cozy spa with a swimming pool and a salt room (I recommend separately). There is a fitness room. In the morning, a mind-blowing buffet gives a great charge for the day.
The view from the room to the sunrise is amazing. Opposite is the Expo, on the right is the MEGA SilkWay shopping center, everything is within walking distance.
If you are in Astana, use the services of this hotel.

Мировой Бренд, Хорошая уютная гостиница с хорошими завтраками и расположением. Номера большие и комфортные, чистое белье. Особенно хороши номера с видом на Экспо, вечером шар меняет расцветку и переливается. Рядом находится крупнейший ТЦ Мега silkway, здесь можно и вкусно поесть и купить все что необходимо. Останавливался пару раз, всегда хороший сервис и обслуживание.

Хороший отель. Полностью соответствует своему названию. Очень вежливый персонал и качественное обслуживание. Выгодное, красивое месторасположение. Удобно из аэропорта. Рядом много всего и отличный торговый центр. Оценку не снизил, но. Хотелось бы иметь открывающееся окно, чему, наверное, мешает конструкция здания. И просите при бронировании, чтобы у вас не было совмещенного номера. Через соединяющую номера дверь, слышимость просто потрясающая) В целом, визитом очень доволен. Красиво и уютно.

Была на выставке в Астане. Отель очень понравился. Расположен 15 мин от аэропорта на такси и в 10 мин ходьбы до выстовочного комплекса. Спа зона замечательная - бассейн, солёная комната и несколько парилок. Номер хороший, кровать очень удобная. Персонал вежливый, завтраки шикарные. Были небольшой минус - уборщица не качественно убиралась, и некоторую мебель уже пора заменить - но это не критично. В основном Отель оставил приятное впечатление. Если приеду ещё раз, остановлюсь в нём.

The hotel is modern, but we were not very lucky - we got into some kind of conference and in the morning there were a lot of "uncles" in jackets in the lobby.
I was not very pleased with the room service. I worked every day and couldn't vacate the room at 10 a.m. And after 14 o'clock, the staff did not appear on the floor (as the reception explained to us) and therefore the room remained not cleaned, although the "remove room" key was naturally pressed by us. Well, in general, somehow, we felt sovkovost thanks to this approach. But, the SPA is a separate praise. We really enjoyed spending time there, the pool was nice and there were few people from the word "at all".

Скудный лаунж для статуса Даймонд. Еды нет, чай кофе и печенье. Еда и выпивка только с 18 до 20. Из еды только суп. Если заходишь в 19-54 строгий мальчик говорит что у вас на спиртное есть только 6 минут и ровно в 20 уносит. Серьезно? Лучше бы вообще лаунж не делали, чем это позорище.
Контроль как бы лишнее что не взял.
Пожалуй это единственный минус этого отеля.

Впечатляет само здание, продуманная архитектура, вышколенный персонал, не грубят никогда, хороший завтрак, я не придираюсь, бывал в отелях где много блюд от повара было, но все равно очень неплохо, номера отличные, но со временем заметно, что лакированная мебель устала, а мраморные столики уже не идеальны, не придираюсь, но это можно и восстановить полировкой, бассейн хороший, хамам так себе, не жарко и запах, тоже требует профилактики, а сауны отличные, если б давали тапочки резиновые, вообще б здорово было. Халаты и полотенца в наличии. Вообще отель достойны, маленькие мелочи отдых не испортят .

Отличное место для отдыха, очень вежливый персонал. Хороший спа с тремя парилками (финская, арома и паровая), еще есть солевая комната. В общем можно хорошо отдохнуть в паре с шикарным интерьером. А завтраки с хорошим выбором блюд и перекусов, а также понравилось обслуживание. Рекомендую.

Очень красивый отель с отличным видом на Экспо. Была в нем и в зимой и летом. Понравилось спа, особенно парная. В бассейне достаточно теплая вода и не очень много людей. Отзывчивый персонал, менеджеры всегда готовы решить проблемы.
В Ресторане 9 облаков отличное меню и шеф,который обожает свое дело. Спасибо большое!!!
