We came in at about 21:40, ordered, and are eating. At 22:17, the waiter comes up and asks to pay, as they are closing soon. To the question: "What time is it?" (you never know, suddenly irrelevant information is indicated on the cards and we abuse friendliness) — the answer comes: "I don't know, you're just the last guests" (besides us there were two more tables that were already closing the account). Okay, no problem. We paid off. The waiter gives us another 10 minutes, because we are the "last guests." We calmly finish the meal under the withering stares of the staff, who came out in full force to contemplate those who, half an hour before closing, have the audacity not to leave.
Dear Khinkalnya, if the "until the last guest" policy does not suit you, then, as an option, you can reduce your working hours. After all, the employees want to go home, but people have come to eat and are preventing them from doing so.

We like the atomosphere and the food there. At one time, they often took takeaway. My husband's doctor was also noted. One administrator took the order, and on the day of the event there was another. When accepting the order, there was an unpleasant moment when they tried to point out to us that our guests would remain hungry. At the same time, we ordered about a kilogram per person and as a result, we took a lot more food home.
In general, I will say that for a holiday, gatherings with a small company (there were 12 of us with children) are very good and affordable. The children (from 4 to 13 years old) were delighted with the children's menu.

Chicken kebab is not a bad dish, except that spices are not enough. Khachapuri in Megrelian is edible, but no more, we waited 70 minutes, although the waiter told us 40 minutes. I didn't like the baby pink sauce. The wine was brought in a glass, spilled in the kitchen. The white Tsinandali was not impressed, the red Saperavi was normal.

We ordered Yandex delivery, it was absolutely the most miserable dishes that can touch anyone's tongue, khinkali overcooked, it feels like the meat itself is for cutlets, 50/50 minced meat with bread. Khinkali with mushrooms and cheese were prepared not by a generous Georgian, but by a greedy rabbi, there is more cheese inside the church mouse than in these khinkali.
Eat in a normal place, since you've already decided to get out.

We ordered mulled wine and a drink that arrived immediately.We also ordered a plate of kebabs and assorted greens and vegetables.They asked the waiter how long the barbecue was being prepared, she said no more than 45 minutes. We were sitting and waiting at that time. As a result, they brought it in 40 minutes. The meat was a little soggy, which made me have to run to the toilet later. Hot sour cream instead of sauce. Well, this is not the first Khinkalnya that I have been to, but it was from this one that I did not have the best impressions.
We ran in here with my wife hoping to have a snack, decided to order a Kubdari with beef and pork and 2 glasses of kvass. Before making an order, we specifically asked the waiter for the cooking time, to which we were told that it would take 15-20 minutes. OK. We ordered, drink kvass and wait. We wait... We are waiting ...
As a result, the order was brought only after 45 minutes of waiting!
But that's not all. One pie was still okay (although, in my opinion, it was overcooked), but the second one turned out to be very undercooked, with raw dough inside.
I immediately refused the second one, but my wife and I still ate the first one.
To the credit of the institution, it must be said that the money was taken from us only for the kvass we drank.
Unfortunately, one Kubdari for two is too little to eat, besides, it was a pity for the lost time, and the unpleasant sediment remained.
