I love this place! We often order delivery with my husband via Yandex.food, sometimes we come ourselves, we live nearby) it's always delicious, satisfying, the staff is wonderful. In the evenings, music only plays loudly and it's hard to communicate, but actually, when were Georgian feasts quiet?))

I think that Khinkalnaya is a place that everyone should visit, especially if you live in Minsk. The food is memorable, but the establishments have their own rules for serving, cooking, and choosing products. The staff is smiling, the order was made quickly. Usually, other Khinkal Restaurants serve their branded bread for free - they didn't serve it here, it's a pity.
I would have given this particular institution at this address 5, if not for one thing:
- the room is very dirty, it looks clean. Putting the bag next to the sofa, under the table, and then putting it on my back - my back was in the dirt, the ground, very dirty. The briefcase was very dirty, I had to wash it. Apparently, the floor is not washed in the institution, and the dimmed light and the chosen color scheme hide this.

Due to the fact that we live nearby, we are frequent guests of Khinkalni. We are always satisfied with the quality and assortment of food - the kitchen is really good. But there are questions about the service and communication with guests. Wednesday, 20:30, I call to book a table, to which I receive a clipped and boorish "girl, only on a first-come, first-served basis." We came, there are free tables, it's strange, because they told me the opposite on the phone. At the same time, a lonely table with a laptop caught my eye, at which no one was sitting, but a certain lady occasionally went there, I dare say that the director. It's not serious somehow, it's not friendly and certainly not in Georgian. They don't like their guests here. Unfortunately, first of all, the leaders, and the fish, as you know, rots from the head.

In the evening, after numerous excursions around Minsk, tired, we decided to have dinner with our family in khinkalnaya. The choice fell on this institution simply by its location relative to our accommodation. We took classic khinkali, khinkali with meat and herbs, tkemali sauce, khachapuri in Megrelian, lemonade for children, non-alcoholic beer for adults. Everything is very tasty. The prices are reasonable. I was pleasantly struck by the attitude: due to a small mistake (they mixed up the type of khachapuri, which made ours take a little longer to prepare), we were excluded from this position and given a compliment in the form of a bottle of lemonade and two servings of ice cream. I've been to many places, but this is the first time I've seen such a lightning-fast and comprehensive reaction. I wish good business to the institution. I definitely recommend it!

We had to look for a restaurant employee ourselves, we found only one. They asked themselves where they could sit. We waited for the waiter to order food for more than 15 minutes. They didn't wait and left. The restaurant was served by one part-time waiter, an administrator and a walking employee from the kitchen. I often saw chatter led by the administrator as a priority in the morning, when there are few customers. In the end, the cleaning of the floors by a cleaner in front of customers with a belated cleaning (with a rag with a specific smell), still left a persistent dislike for the entire network.

Today, my friends and I visited this institution. The food is not bad, the prices are affordable, but the service is something with something. I have experience working in catering in another country, in one of the best restaurant chains, and I know what good service is, and this one can't even be called bad, it's just terrible. Let's start from the moment when we placed the order. My friend asked the waitress to recommend a salad, to which she replied, "well, I do not know, I do not know what your taste is there." As a result, my friend thought for about three minutes. To be honest, it's super weird for me, because it's your check and your tip that could have just gone nowhere. To be honest, it seemed as if the person did not know the menu. Then the waitress brought us khinkali, broth flowed from her plate onto her elbow, and from it directly onto the table. She noticed this waterfall, we noticed it too, but she didn't come back and didn't wipe the table. In general, the whole hour and a half that we sat there, the table was very dirty. We had a bunch of napkins, which the waitress ignored, although she looked at us from behind the wall a couple of times and walked past the table. Thank God a waiter guy passed by, who removed all the napkins and, importantly, he asked if everything was delicious. We really liked khinkali with mushrooms, but besides them I ordered another khinkali with cheese, which, in theory, should have tasted like cheese, but I had it with the taste of beef broth, cheese was not felt at all) My respect to the waiter for offering to replace the khinkalka. However, at that time I was already so full that I had to refuse. Please tell the waiter thank you, if it wasn't for him, I would have put one star. By the way, as a result, the waitress did not ask if everything was okay. I attached three photos, they clearly show what was happening on our table)
I would also like to note that in the evening the hall was empty, except for us there were three tables at most.

In other cases, in the evening they always serve quickly, cook very tasty, and everything is always on top.
But it is worth noting the lunch time, when the restaurant is fully seated, then the quality of the dishes and the speed of their delivery fall, unfortunately this trend is constantly visible.
Therefore, if you want to have a delicious meal, come in the evening when no one is in a hurry.
The waiter Anatoly shows a special difference, his speed is comparable to a turtle, but politeness and discretion are his very good qualities.
