Обращался несколько раз, по разным вопросам начиная тримера заканчивая шуруповертом вопросы все снял. Вежливый персонал много полезной информации.

Обращался в сервис для ремонта аппарата плазменной резки Аврора, не по гарантии. Починили. Но организация работы с клиентами не на уровне. Мастер работает 2 раза в неделю, посмотрел он или нет неизвестно. Или очередь не дошла, или не получается отремонтировать, или забыли неизвестно, не сообщают.
