It's a great place, you can see the whole of Batumi. And the temple is very beautiful. I recommend taking a taxi, and then you can walk down and go to the fish market.

Our hotel in Tbilisi turned out to be literally 200 m from the wonderful Cathedral of the Holy Trinity, so we could see it in all its grandeur and splendor both day and night. It was nice to walk through the vast territory – with a wonderful rosarium, lavender, olives – late in the evening, when the heat was subsiding, and there were practically no people (the gates close at 22 o'clock). This place of power, where a piece of the relics of St. George the Victorious is kept, is held by Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II (although the temple painting was still ongoing during our visit).
