We were here for the first time! According to the reviews, we liked it and decided to visit this place! There were a lot of places, but this place is on level 5 and the interior and kitchen, polite staff, great live not loud music, hookah is excellent and the coal was changed in a timely manner, they didn't even want to leave, but we were a lot of places and there is something to compare! We will definitely come to this place again and advise everyone, especially hookah lovers!

We made a mistake with the volume of one cocktail. We apologized with as many as six glasses of tincture (30p, judging by the menu), although we did not make any claims. 20% discount on the entire birthday receipt. We congratulated the birthday boy (it was very pleasant). Thank you to the waiter Irina!). We were on Mon (all alcoholic cocktails are 13p each). There were no complaints about any of the dishes. Одно из моих самых любимых заведений! Отличная атмосфера, приятная музыка, очень интересное меню и высокое качество исполнения блюд. Обслуживание очень быстрое, кальяны я не очень люблю, но в целом они тут неплохие. Чайная карта тоже есть. Да, не дёшево, но сервис выше всяких похвал! Жаль только что скидочную карту постоянного клиента никак не дают)

Отличные кальянные мастера. Новичкам помогут и подскажут, любителям подберут, с "профи" поговорят на одном языке. Кальян будет подобран правильно. Без заботы не оставят. Как и весь персонал: приветливый, вышколенный и профессиональный. Бармены талантливые. Если вашего коктеля нет в меню, то подберут удачную замену. Прекрасный чайный набор, на любой вкус. Обстановка очень атмосферная. Лофт. Очень много воздуха, не смотря на подвальное помещенин. Отличная вентиляция. Всё время играет приятная музыка. Вечерами на уикэнд живая. Есть набор разнообразных настолок. Есть банкетный зал, закуток для компаний, укромные столики. Отдельное украшение - это кухня. Великолепный шеф. Продуманное меню. Говядина Велингтон лучшая в городе. Очень рекомендую!

Крутой дизайн заведения и приятная атмосфера. Точно одно из лучших заведений сети и склоняюсь к тому что лучшая кальянная в Минске. Хорошая еда, отличные коктейли, в том числе есть и не сладкие. Чай от чайного мастера однозначно лучший из всего что я пробовал (корица, яблоко, пуэр). Обслуживание тоже хорошее, особенно могу выделить Щербакова.
Из минусов это редкая замена углей и этим грешат многие заведения Минска. Так же из минусов предложение от официанта рассчитатся наличными по какой то причине. Так же заведение работает с каким то мутным банком под санкциями и рассчится можно только белорусскими картами. И так же я не понял смысл скидочной карты. Ее может оформить только администратор которого даже нет на месте и первую скидку с заказа вы получите через какие то месяцы или годы, если я правильно понял официанта.

I was there on a Friday evening in January 2024.
1. The order included a syringe, Thai punch and sangria. There are no complaints about the quality of the drinks. I didn't get any Eden-like pleasure either.
2. I was with a girl and when the cocktails were brought, I joked - Punch the girl, and I got a syringe, because this is a drink for men. For some reason, the strange waiter decided to comment "let's not be rude, everyone drinks what they like."
In general, there are no complaints, but I don't remember ordering anything except drinks "opinion of someone about my words."
3. We stood for 2 hours on chairs near a small counter opposite the bar. I asked several times if there were any empty seats - with such an expression on my face, as if I offered to divide them by zero, they said there were no seats. At the same time, there were several empty seats on both the first and second floors for the entire two hours. As the waiters said, booked. It's just a rofl.
4. The chairs at the bar are soft, and those at the counter opposite are hard.
As a result, I want to say in the words of a classic: "You, in my opinion, got it mixed up." A discount bar with strange staff who think it's a normal bar, but it's not normal at all. I didn't think such nonsense existed in Minsk 🤷🏾

Лучшая кальянная. Кальянщики делают вкусный кальян, постоянно смотрят за состоянием. Официанты внимательные, можно попросить пледик, вкусная еда. Атмосфера шикарная, дружелюбная, уютная. По выходным живая музыка. Стоит кикер для игры в настольный футбол. Желательно заранее бронировать столик. Моя любимая кальянная, всегда прихожу сюда и рекомендую это место своим друзьям
