A great place for a couple or even a family to stay. Plenty of space, wonderful view from the balcony, comfortable kitchen, pleasant audience in the lobby, many shops nearby. The promenade for walking and the beach are a 2-minute walk away (for whom it is relevant, I visit Batumi in autumn and winter), a cozy park nearby. If desired, 20-30 min walk to the old town. The same amount is in the other direction - to the spotting point of Batumi airport.

We stayed in May as a child. The room has everything you need - a microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, stove, dishes. The view from the room to the sea is amazing. The staff is polite and helpful. A 7-minute walk from the hotel there is a shopping center with a supermarket where you can buy any products. It's quiet at night.

Excellent location - the first coastline. If you wish, you can get to the center of Batumi on foot (20-25 minutes), or by bus (stop 1 minute from the apartment hotel). We stayed on the 29th floor with a sea view. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay with a family (three people). The price is also normal. The owner of the apartments Gotcha is very hospitable and friendly. I recommend it!
