I started going to Horizon recently. It is very convenient to register online and I found good doctors here. I went to the endocrinologist Natalia Romanova, I have hypothyroidism, there are nodules in the thyroid gland. I liked the doctor, sent him for a puncture, then gave his opinion on the results, explained everything in detail. I also had an ultrasound of the mammary glands from gynecologist Natalia Viktorovna Untila. I also really liked the doctor. She is friendly, attentive, does ultrasound with high quality, answers all questions and generally charges with positive emotions. Many thanks to the specialists of this center! And by the way, the girls at the reception are also always polite and friendly.

Finally, this eternal renovation has been completed, and now a spacious building, pleasant to the eye, with a normal repair, an elevator, creates a pleasant picture and smells good. There are drawbacks in the form of a lack of proper parking (paid parking is always occupied, since there are only 10 cars there, and this is the city center). Administrators are sometimes unfriendly. Here you can close many issues (the variety of doctors who work with Belgosstrakh). I really liked ENT, but now she is on maternity leave, we need to choose another specialist. By appointment (online in your personal account), everything is always clear, on time, without delays, without live queues. There are doubts about the modernity of the ECG equipment, as if the "scoop" has been preserved in this office. I'm already a regular patient here, I know who to sign up for, I'm comfortable.

Awful. For the driver's medical examination, any other place besides this one. The doctors are the polite part, the other half, after the word "Hello" leave, you don't see that I'm busy, I went out well and waited for them to call. Bottom line: no one called, I stood for 15 minutes. I decided to come in and ask why they didn't call, but I didn't hear an answer. In a word, horror. And the funny thing is that you can get a certificate only after 14.00. That is, I have to come a second time.

I passed the driver's commission, I was booked at 12:40, and the commission itself ends at 13:00 (I found out about this already on the spot, they didn't warn me by phone). Keep this in mind, because if, as in my case, you want to go through some additional doctors on the spot (gynecologist, ECG, etc.), then you will not have time. Yes, even without additional doctors, it is not entirely clear how it is supposed to make it to 5 offices in the remaining 20 minutes? The doctors themselves wonder why such an appointment time is offered at all. Or you could have at least warned by phone that the commission was due before 13:00! Some of the doctors were polite, but not all, the doctor in room 309 (ECG), who worked on 04/24/2026, was particularly distinguished. She talked worse than in the state polyclinic, as if you owed her, and there was also a strong (!) unpleasant smell in the office. Conclusion: it might have been worth going to the 24th polyclinic, it would hardly have been worse.

Excellent medical center. This is not the first time I have been examined under the program, always excellent service, doctors advise competently and professionally. I compared similar programs in other medical centers, in Horizon the cost is an order of magnitude lower with proper maintenance. You can undergo an examination to obtain a Driver's license. One of the disadvantages is a small parking lot!

I've been here 3 times, 2 times to the ophthalmologist (everything went fine, the doctor is a professional in his field), 1 time to the cardiologist (I had to wait in the hallway for 40 minutes after the appointment, the appointment itself was conducted superficially, very quickly, in 6 minutes, it felt like I was in a state polyclinic). One of the disadvantages is that it was difficult to find a cooler with water to drink a pill and the reception desk was slow, it was electronic and administrators thought for several minutes between people to invite the next patient.

I would like to share my experience of contacting the clinic, namely Dr. D. Kamenkov, where I had implants installed. They work quickly and clearly — the crowns were placed on the implants in just a week. I was pleasantly surprised that I had implants of the CORTEX system, which is rare in Belarus. After calling four clinics, I did not find anyone who would take up prosthetics, but everything was done ideally here — both the color and the shape fully meet my expectations.

I had pain in the gum area 2 times, first the dentist sent me to the surgeon to cut the gum, and in the second appointment the surgeon sent me back to the dentist, as it turned out that the tooth needed to be sawed a little and it would stop cutting the gum. But the dentist didn't notice it the first time. I came 2 times, honestly walked from office to office for 5 minutes. The reception issue is generally an electronic queue, 4 receptionists and a queue of people before entering the hall. Everything is very slow. The building has been renovated, everything is beautiful and pretentious, and the service is unintelligible at the exit.

On 05.26.25, I was at the Horizon Medical Center. A huge building for a medical center. The first floor is not involved in anything at all, and this is very strange - I would like to see the reception on the ground floor. The reception itself is on the second floor and it's just a fucking spacious foyer - it seems to me that you can make a pool there and still have room. The entrance to the doctors is through an automatic door, which must be opened using the QR code that is printed on your receipt. The first time a visitor does not immediately figure out what to scan where - you need a little more information about it. The corridors themselves are quite narrow, but this is offset by the very spacious classrooms inside-at least in the ones I was in. There's a robot in the lobby on the second floor that I can probably talk to about something, but I couldn't. A little sad - I visited two X-ray and ECG rooms - there was a queue for the picture and I had to sit in it for about 20 minutes. The ECG was done very quickly, and if I understood correctly, it was done on a first-come, first-served basis, which was not there, but I had to wait about 20 minutes for the ECG to be decoded again. The overall impression is very positive, but it is worth working to ensure that people do not sit in line. After all, when contacting such centers, people want comfort and qualified specialists.

I gave a certificate for a comprehensive examination to two people and twice came across incompetent people in the blood collection office, an eternally dissatisfied woman who is rude, throws documents and does not know how to take blood from a vein, pierced a vein through, which caused it to swell and had a bruise all over her arm. The same woman on the ECG, habalka, always dissatisfied, make your own diaper, clean up yourself, doesn't want to do anything herself, just gives out commands, while in other rooms the staff does everything themselves and treats patients with respect. For that kind of money, management should carefully select staff, not just anyone, and conduct conversations with them, otherwise not everyone seems to understand that they do not work in a government clinic. The service is worth working on.

I visited surgeon Dedeiko T.V. at the Horizon clinic on 05.11.2025 regarding the removal of hygroma. To which the doctor said that after removal, the hygroma can return. To my question, "So what should I do?" she replied, "Not to walk, but to lie down," and I replied, "Well, that's not the way out." She suggested trying to remove Lazarum, but warned that this was not a single procedure, but about six times. There was also a nurse in the office and she started telling me that they have patients who take just a sterile needle at home and pierce it themselves and release the liquid. I come to a paid clinic, and I have to listen to such advice from a doctor and a nurse.

I am very sorry for the time spent, once again I am convinced that it is necessary to choose a doctor based on reviews. During the entire reception, she uttered 1.5 words and just silently typed on the computer. I measured my blood pressure and examined my neck for 1 minute, that's it. She prescribed 100,500 medications and examinations and gave a conclusion. The problem she addressed was not solved or even properly listened to. The doctor's anti-recommendation. I'll have to go to the doctor again, only to a normal one and waste time and money again.

I do not advise anyone to go to this "medical" center. The attitude of the doctors is simply disgusting, they don't want to do their job at all. Patients are not treated attentively and indifferently. The gynecologist's appointment time was about 10 minutes, and this was taking into account that ultrasound was also included at that time. The price tag is higher compared to the lode. I never advise anyone to go to this center!!! This is not the first time such an attitude and the work of doctors have been carried out.

Also tells everything in detail, she is very polite. Ultrasound is done by good specialists. But... The fly in the ointment is ENT !doctors. In the beginning, I was at an appointment with Irina S. (I'm sorry, I can't remember the last name) - there was a sense of professionalism. I am very pleased with her. Then there were receptions with Pashuk, she immediately washed my ear in the old-fashioned way, and the second time with the help of equipment, she gives a lot of advice. I'm a little shocked by Laura Rogotsevich's last appointment. I was late for the appointment, I didn't call on coupons. I came in with a plug in my right ear, but she said there was one in the other. I paid for it. And then the fun started! It's amazing that such a medical center still has an old iron chair. It's good that it wasn't locked!) and in the old-fashioned way, she washed again with a syringe. Although other centers did the same procedure on the equipment. I washed the right one quickly and showed it, but after several attempts I didn't see the left one (I said it was small - maybe!), but there was congestion from water and mild pain until nightfall. There was a sooo unpleasant aftertaste from both the doctor and the appointment. You will have to look for an ENT doctor in other medical centers, where you will receive highly qualified help for money.

Was diagnosed with intercostal neuralgia, did an ECG to rule out heart problems.The doctor said there was no point in doing an X-ray.I went through the entire course of treatment and the pain didn't go away.At the next appointment, when I was closing my sick leave, when asked how I would work with such pain, the doctor replied, "change your job, and if you don't like it, go to your clinic, let them take you to the hospital and close the sick leave.A couple of days later, I did an MRI scan, where I was diagnosed with a compression fracture of the 9th vertebra.The traumatologist explained to me that if they had taken an X-ray immediately, they would have identified it immediately.

The medical center has invested heavily in the renovation of the lobby. That's where all the advantages end. The corridors are narrow, the offices are so-so, there are no air conditioners. How many years I've been walking - I need to take X-rays from the monitor on my phone and then show them to the doctor, they can't read the disk. That is, there was not enough money to organize the simplest transfer of a snapshot over the network, or at least a disk reader. A couple of years ago, the appointments were written by hand, thank you for winning at least.

They kindly gave me sick leave for one day, they didn't say anything about the tests, like I'm making it up and I'm healthy.I come to close my sick leave with another therapist, I was a couple of minutes late, because the bus was delayed, the therapist started humiliating me for this, although no one apologized to the first therapist for those 15 minutes, then she started asking where the tests were, I say they didn't tell me, they are always normal for me when I'm sick, they said I passed, I passed. The appointment is already with the third therapist, the tests are normal, and of course the sick leave was closed. From the treatment, I was told what could be easily found on the Internet, the temperature was paracetamol, the throat was furasol, the nose was aquomaris or xylin, and they didn't even pay attention to other complaints. I am very dissatisfied with the work of the doctors, I will no longer go to see a therapist. Only the reception staff and the wardrobe are pleasant, that's all.
