The cost of living is quite reasonable, the room is clean, the linen is fresh. The Internet is available, the speed really leaves much to be desired, but it is not critical. A 10-minute leisurely walk to the shopping center. There are many cafes in the area, a branch of the Vakif Bank and an ATM across the street, respectively. Some of the rooms overlook the avenue there is a bit noisy, on the other side it is quiet. Transfer to IST airport, $45. Travel time is 45-50 minutes. Be careful with the elevator 😲

For its price, the hotel is probably justified, but I doubt that I would have stayed there for more than one night. We booked a room with one bed for two through booking, lived on the 4th floor with windows to the courtyard, were given a room with 2 beds, the hair dryer did not work, the rooms of the dorogabagat are very much battered by time, mold, the balcony door does not close until the end. There was no time to be indignant and demand something, we were in a hurry, threw our suitcases and ran away to rent a rented car, moved the beds, spent the night and left. The area turned out to be very noisy. Near the hotel, 2 minutes by metro, it is convenient to get to the new airport. That's what I thought when I booked it, but in July 2024, repair work is underway on the streets near the hotel, there is no car to drive up, nor is it normal to bring suitcases to the subway. Everything is tolerable and fixable, thanks to the uncles at the reception for a quick and clear check-in.

There are no advantages . In a disgusting place, with a disgusting state of everything from the entrance group to the toilet drain buttons (sorry)it's high time to demolish it, but no, everything is "expensive" and so it will do. The furniture is all worn out, the floor has been stripped off, the sink is no longer washed, there is a dumpster outside the window and sweat whistles in any wind and iron beats against the windows. Turn off the air conditioner or close the window- you're in the eternal smell of tobacco. Towels - it was scary to take - feeling dirty. You'll say, well, the price tag matches there! No! I immediately found a hotel in the center for the same money - but everything is good and the staff offers other rooms while they are free, and they don't say "here you are already lying on the bed, tomorrow we will clean up and move you"
