I have been flying to Shymkent regularly for 7-8 years and staying here, and I am very satisfied every time. The hotel is simply gorgeous: the cleanliness is at the highest level, you feel at home. Great place! The room is large, minus the fact that there is only one air conditioner in the living room, there is no air conditioner in the bedrooms and there is not enough for the bedrooms. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, noodles, horse meat steak, okroshka, salads are simple. It takes a long time to cook, but it's worth it.
